If u could give it a negative star I would .. went to this location for the cactus plant box I ordered on the machine and my... order went through .. I got my meal and was missing my things so I ask him and the manager JUAN for the he responds with areyou going to eat the box ? well it?s advertised as a box meal I want my box ! It showed available and he said you should haveasked ??? Food seamed old staff was freindly but food could definitely be better.
I visit this location for the first time tonight and the acting manager name Ruth was not what we call customer friendly. I... order a chicken deluxe meal with Fresh fries and a order of extra fresh fries with a fruit punch drink light ice. I was ordernumber 56. The drink was water the Fries was no where fresh it tasted as if they have re-dipped several times before they gotthe chance to actually sale it. And when I called to make a complaint the active manager Ruth gave me attitude. Needless to sayI will never come back to this location again. The food at any MD never seems fresh... all microwaved food. Fries either are over cooked or undercooked.
They never have ice for a bag of ice, and apparently it?s because they run out? not sure how they get or make ice for the soft... drinks.. My orders have been mixed up multiple times as well? and staff is? well they?re there I guess. I typically have toeither go to a different McDonald?s or different place, no ice no order. Read more
