The reps are very rude and can't get your order right. Also they enjoy being on their phones more than assisting customers. I'm... appalled that the management there do the same things as their employees i.e. being on the phone while working. The black girlin the drive thru had a nasty attitude while on her phone talking to her friends about getting messed up tonight while she's onthe clock. Is this how your business co ducts itself? I love Wendy's. I feel their burgers taste the best! There was not a line at the drive-thru so we were able to order our food... and pick it up quickly. The staff was accurate with our order and were efficient at giving us our food so we could be on ourway. Read more
Most of the time its decent service. Tonight was a bad night, lots of complaints from other customers. Getting home opening our... food....bacon was so burnt...my chicken wrap was cooked way too long and they put the smallest piece of chicken in it. Frieswere the only thing that was ok. $26 later....yes I'm very disappointed!! Read more
