Horrible customer service even after I ordered online received not what I ordered a very messed with shake just because my name... is different and I pronounced it and spelled it 2xs because they said they did not have it and questioned if I ordered at thecorrect location I then was told I did not have to be rude about it. I went to this sonic because Google says it's open until 12 am. Then the guy was super rude saying they close at 10pm. Update... as of 5/31/22 The staff they have in there is much better. The carhop, Hailey I think here name was, was very friendly andprofessional. The cook at the time made my order exactly as I asked. Read more
Waited over 15 minutes to place our order and we ended up leaving because nobody ever answered after we pressed the button. They... were busy but all the cars were just sitting there because nobody was taking orders or bringing them out. Read more
