Enjoyed dinner in this very interesting restaurant at the top of Main street. From the embossed tin ceiling to the dark wood... downstairs (bathrooms and wine room). Service was attentive and perfect. For our entrees we enjoyed the Stoneground MustardGlazed Cedar Plank Scottish Salmon housemade bacon, spätzle, leeks, sauerkraut, herb~pea purée and the Caramelized GeorgesBank Scallops With Chermoula cauliflower purée, fava beans in mint pistou, quinoa salad. Each was beautifully plated anddelightful multilayered flavors. For desert we enjoyed their homemade Raspberry Sorbet whipped coconut, pineapple-rum compote, candied pistachios and their “Chuno” Chocolate Mousse pistachio cookie, whipped cream. While the sorbet was excellent themousse was heavenly. Read more

This place was the only one that we could make a reservation to, since the weekend was very busy. The interior is very stylish,... and all of the employees were friendly, the waiter was attentive. The food, though, was quite mediocre. They wanted to make itsomewhat unique, but because of that it tastes weird. The trout chowder was the most normal of the dishes. The trout and salmonentrees were okay, not the best though. The salmon was half-raw inside, and we don’t know whether it should be like this or itwas like this by mistake. The dishes are served well and look beautiful, but the food is too experimental so to speak. Read more

Nice ambience but not worth the price. Enjoyed the appetizers (pork belly confit and cauliflower) but was not a fan of the... entrees. Pork tomahawk was dry, overcooked and bland. Venison was cooked well but the meat and fettuccine was also very bland.Liked the kids meals more than the entrees. They came with blueberries, crackers and cheese for appetizer, the selection ofmeals was nice like wagyu medallions with broccolini. Also comes with sundae. Read more

We had a lovely dinner for three on a Wednesday night. The restaurant was full and the bar was busy. We particularly enjoyed the... crispy cauliflower appetizer. Of our mains, the New York and the venison were excellent, but the lamb in the tagine was quitegamey - if you don't care for this choose something else. Drinks were also good and the service was attentive. Highlyrecommend! Read more

I am a big fan of scallops, order them everywhere I go and cook them myself pretty well. But I think I might just had the best... scallops yet. They were very hot, on a bed of spinach in a hot skillet. Mixed Greens salad yummy with shoestring potatoes firstand scallops appetizer for my main entree. My family tried Cedar plank salmon and Gluten free chicken, which they liked (Ithought gluten free crust didn’t need to be so dense. Broccolini that come with the chicken are amazing as well! We’recoming back ???????? ADDITION: We did go back the next day. And had another great meal. Really amazing food way aboveexpectations for a ski town. More like the quality you’d expect to find in an established San Francisco area with a lot ofrepeat diners. Attaching more pics of pork chop, and antelope carpaccio. Out teen daughter got salmon, but couldn’t finishall of it. Haven’t tried any desserts here. Hopefully next time we’re in Park City we can come back. Read more

Decent food but maybe priced high for that food and considering it's Park City. We enjoyed the cauliflower appetizer and the... Yucca appetizer. The smoked trout chowder was decent and my wife loved the chowder.. The Scottish salmon was good as well as thechicken for main dishes. The chicken was slightly dry. The Barrel Roll drink seemed very similar to the old fashion. I am notsure I will return for the prices and satisfaction of everyone in the group. Read more
