So many fine dining restaurants didn?t survive the pandemic well but Apex has managed to keep their stellar quality up. Food... was great with clear command of technique. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Read more

Amazing service and food. Shared the tomahawk ribeye which melts in your mouth like butter! Great cocktails and wine list.

Not worth the $$$$ . We went to diner my husband and I and both felt like we had rocks in our stomach after the meal. The... service was impeccable and the ambiance was great but this food felt toxic to us. Either they use bad oils, or they smothereverything with oil and butter?? or they put ton of salt and artificial ingredients in there sauce so it taste better but we hadto take digestive herbs once we got home to help process that food. We will never go again. We have eaten at the St Regis and tomany other restaurants on main street without any issue. Read more

Very good food and great service. The Wagyu nachos are amazing and very large. Good for sharing. I got the half order of nachos... so the full order will be even bigger. Read more

What a strange and rude experience from the main hostess- did not get her name-but a brunette female who works the check in desk... for 2 restaurants-Apex and Bourbon and Burgers. So check this out..we are Park City locals and normally our establishments willbe courteous with us as it us locals that support local business 365 days a year. At any rate, we called ahead and said wewanted to have casual dining at Burgers and Bourbon. We were told to "Get there before 7 and it should not be a problem". We gotto the restaurant check in desk at aprox 645PM where we met the not-so-nice brunette female manager. She was determined to notbe helpful. First she said it would be aprox an hour wait (hoping us locals would just go away...it was clear from her rudeness, body language, and hoity toity attitude. So we said, "Great we can wait one hour...". Almost immediately she THEN CHANGES whatshe is telling us, "Well, it could really be a 1-2 hour wait; and I can't really guarantee if even then...". It was transparentthat she did not want to accommodate us AT ALL. Then...this is hard to believe- 2 nice guys from Atlanta (hotel guests)overheard us and our dilemma and they said, "Hey, we had 4 people bail out at the last moment...why don't you just join ourtable". While this was a very generous and creative solution, the brunette female manager was not happy with this (Again, youcould just TELL she did not want us LOCALS dining there for whatever reasons we could never figure out). You would think herattitude would have been (should have been), "Great, lets make that work". But nooooooo. Instead she still questioned heavily ifthis could be done. She literally asked, "Well, will you all be ordering at the same time?". She even had the gall to ask one ofthe Atlanta gentleman, "Will your wives be OK with this"? She was simply- AWEFUL, rude, and non-accommodating. Pardon the lengthof this....but this is too rich. SO.....we finally get into the Apex restaurant and join the Atlan Read more

I came here for a conference and my wife and I were both stunned by the beautiful views. The entire Hotel is majestic and grand.... The Apex was no exception. Wife ordered a turkey club, they made it with gluten free bread for her - she loved their bread.Side was an anchovy Caesar salad which was perfect. I had an apex burger - it was delicious. I had fries and a pickle as myside. The restaurant has lots of space inside and outside, as well as a firepit! Coffee is great too. Wide tea selection. Read more

I ate here 4 times for lunch and loved all of it. No disappointments at all.
