Buona Vita was an amazing place to eat in Park City and a great date night option! The staff was attentive and very kind. The... pizza was outstanding. The Spaghetti Vongole was also amazing. I came here for my friends birthday and ordered the Spaghetti Vongole. To my surprise it was very soupy and bland. The pasta was... not salted so it definitely not cooked in salted water. This was my first time trying it so maybe it’s supposed to be thatway. The garlic bread wasn’t on the menu and the waitress ask us as if it was complimentary and it wasn’t. Don’t get mewrong- the garlic bread was amazing! It was a very nice atmosphere and my friend got a free dessert for her birthday but for a45$ meal included with tip. This is a MUST EAT in park city especially if you want pasta. The servers, I could tell were very busy but made sufficient time... for us and were attentive to our needs. Some of the best raviolis I had in a very long time. We’ll be back! Read more
One of the best chicken parmesan dishes I've ever had. The pomodoro sauce was excellent, with a rich tomato flavor. The breading... on the chicken was light and crunchy, and went perfectly with the chicken and sauce. My wife had the chicken marsala. The food was decent, but the customer service was quite poor. They might have been understaffed on this particular Friday night,... but we waited over 20 minutes after being seated for our waiter to greet us, and after we had an issue with one of our dishes.We waited and tried to get the waiter’s attention for 15 min. Finally one of us remembered his name, so we had to yell itbecause he wouldn’t look over at our table, and we asked for the slight addition to the dish. He said he would have it rightout. We then waited 20 min, when finally a member of our party walked up to the bar, asked one of the gentlemen behind to getwhat she needed, and THEN she was able to get it and eat. At that point the rest of our party had finished their meals and herswas cold from waiting. There was no intervention or meeting from the supervising manager, which was strange since multiple waitstaff was aware of our less than ideal situation. When we received our check we had to ask for it to reflect the frustration ourparty member felt, and the waiter removed one item. Overall it was a very subpar experience. Read more
