Horrible, I rushed to get there before closing, got there within 10 minutes of their marked closed time, and they refused to let... me in or serve me, and told me they were closing early cause it was a "school night". Either change your hours or hire peoplethat don't have that excuse. It's even more frustrating cause I knew what I wanted and had cash and card, and it would havetaken less time for them to make it and ring me up then they took explaining why they closed early. So, I had just finished reading a handful of 1 and 2 star reviews before walking through the Cold Stone Creamery doors. There... was one person who entered just before us and another customer followed us a minute later. Many of the complaints on Google wereabout cleanliness and service, so I was hyper aware when I observed 2 of the 3 employees walk into the back as we entered. Oneof the two returned a minute later, but it was a while longer before the third came out to help. All the employees were helpfuland did get us in and out quite quickly, even when the register went on the fritz. Although, it was ?funny? when the young womenreset the register and then without saying anything walked into the back room with the other two employees (both boys) and justkind of looked awkwardly at us through the window. The other observation that hit me was that all 3 of the available tables(some were pushed out of the way in the corner of the store) were dirty. This place is kind of a disaster. They seem very understaffed and go very slow. I feel bad for the staff working hard but not... getting very far due to not having enough staff. They also seem to require that you pay a tip if you pay with credit card. Afterthe credit card transaction, it makes you put in a tip amount and won't accept 0.00 for the amount. I am not against tipping butI did not receive a service in which I felt deserved a tip. I waited for at least five minutes at the register just to try andpay and had to ask someone how I was supposed to pay. People could have easily walked out and not paid and I'm not sure it wouldbe noticed. Plus one of the doors to get into the place is very broken and seems like it could easily fall on someone. My mom and I came in at 7:20 and did not get out until 7:43. It was fairly busy and there were 4 people working but felt like... only one. One kid was mopping the floor the WHOLE TIME (said they have to mop it hourly even during rushes), the other one Icould clearly see in the back texting and then would come ?clean? the register over and over, another kid who we only saw comeout once, and then a cute boy named Henry was working all by himself serving everyone. He needs a raise and the others need tobe trained again. The ice cream I wanted was out thawing on the back table and when it was scooped, it was all melted. This was our first time visiting cold stone in PC location and there were two kids working. They were so slow and didn?t clean... the ice cream mixing board all the way but whatever. I got my order, and I was half way eating it and found a blonde hair mixedup with my Birthday Cake Remix ???? so gross. I don?t think I?ll ever come back to this location. Read more
We have been going to Coldstone's for 2 decades and, this is the only location that I've seen this filthy and disorganized.... There were 4 kids working and no leadership. Where is management? These kids were overwhelmed and without guidance. I don'tbelieve they are properly trained. I'm grateful this location is not near our home, making it easy to not return. Read more

My wife went into the shop a minute before close I understand they wanted to go home but from what I know is that each business... locks their door right on the clock not minutes before. She walked in at 8:59 and one gentleman let her in and then as soon thatshe walked in the other worker told her they were closed. She didn?t want to be rude so walked out and the employee that let herin asked if it was 9 already. They closed a minute early and made her leave when it wasn?t 9.
