If I could I would leave a review of no stars. This experience was a nightmare. We walked into a nearly empty restaurant and... asked for a table. They asked if we had a reservation and we said no. They put us on the waitlist, and we waited for and hourand a half even though we saw at least 15 open tables the whole time we waited. They said it was because reservations were apriority but it seemed as though there weren?t any reservations. Once we finally got seated, are server gave us water. Then wewaited 45 minutes before we ordered. At that point we had just decided to get the kids option because everything on the menurequires a advanced palette, but when we asked to order from the kids buffet, they said they would have to charge us doublebecause adults eat more. While we were sitting and waiting we saw on four person table get cleaned by three separate people, aserver refill the children?s buffet twice, and multiple food safety codes broken. I have nothing against the waiter, but theoverall presentation and service of the restaurant is abismal. Read more
Do NOT stop here for lunch if you're skiing! We entered at our reservation time of 1pm. Ordered within first 10 minutes. We... ended up canceling our order and left at 2pm after asking when we would get our food several times and getting responses of "10minutes more" each time. When you spend so much money on lift tickets and are prepared to spend premium prices on burgers andsandwiches, you expect to not have to ask multiple times about the status of your food. And if issues on a particular day meansit will take over an hour from ordering to food arriving, again for burgers and sandwiches, it should be communicated beforebeing seated. For a supposed luxury resort, this place laid waste to our afternoon and experience. The server was friendly butnot trained because not escalating the situation with his manager (assuming a manager would care) and not treating or nearlyhour delay before we left with any urgency or communicating updates with us until we asked each time is an embarrassment to anda blight on the customer service of Deer Valley. When I worked in the restaurant business, managers monitored the foodpreparation time and greets tables personally if there were problems. Clearly this is not the case hear. Located in the Montage at Deer Valley Daly's Pub is one of the highest end "ski" pubs that you'll ever visit. The food,... atmosphere, service, and experience is awesome. If your in the area this place is highly recommend! Read more
Great experience here. We came here in a whim and it was delicious. The French onion soup was delicious! Service was great... and it?s a beautiful resort. Great lunch spot and a pretty drive too. Play some games, enjoy some good food, and relax! Is defcome back! Read more
I had the Nachos, Pretzels, Mac and Cheese, pot pie, the Wagyu Burger with fries and It was all amazing! The wait staff was... great! Negatives- We went bowling afterwards and the lanes are horrible. Not oiled, not level and the balls are wrecked. Read more
Amazing food in a perfect ski in ski out location. Highly recommend for an alternative to the crowded ski lodges!
Godfather pizza is amazing. Great crust and dough texture which can hold up to the toppings they add. The ceaser is also the... best of any restaurants at the montage property.
