Stopped in on a Sunday night for a cocktail before heading out to the airport. We were immediately greeted by the host when we... asked to be seated at the bar. The drink selection was fabulous. Nicole, our bartender, truly went above and beyond. It?s soobvious that she knows hospitality. She was engaging with each one of her guests making it seem as if you were her only patron. She prepared specialty cocktails off the menu for both myself and my significant other after we told her that we wantedsomething ?different?. Needless to say, she was spot on with the mood. We decided to stay a bit longer than anticipated due tothe service, so we ordered food. Just delicious. I was so pleasantly surprised with this establishment from the food, to thebeverages, and the service we will most definitely be returning sooner rather than later. Cheers to Nicole and the team at DosOlas. Read more

Great drinks and even better staff.\n\nI came in to Dos Olas for a single drink and I can honestly say that I had one of the... best margaritas ever thanks to Karen. I also had the churro ice cream sandwiches which are a must have if you dine here.\n\nAhuge thank you to the manager Brett, the bartender Karen, and the server Carla who were all extremely kind and professional. They all cared about my experience at the restaurant and went out of their way to make me feel welcomed. I will definitely beback because of them. Read more

Most friendly staff and perfect food. Met the chef, tableside. Generational Mexican food, cooked to perfection. Enjoy your... meal(s), the way the chef recalls from childhood. His mom and dad played a major roll in this cuisine. The fried plantains? BestI\'ve eaten, most places serve them mushy. Not at Dos Olas, the plantain is cooked to perfection and reminiscent of eating a hotapple pie; but bananas good! Read more

Terrible restaurant! We have been on vacation for 12 days and eat out for lunch and dinner each day. Of the 20 plus... restaurants we have eaten at, this is by far the worst. We went at about 6pm and there were only 3 tables occupied outside. Wewere told to check in at the desk inside. Being a beautiful evening we wanted to eat outside. The lady at the desk told us wehad to eat inside with no explanation. We were completely ignored inside for at least 20 minutes and when I said something awaitress finally came and apologized that they had been disorganized. The food came in another 15 minutes and was only fair, atbest. The tacos were small and were just ok but extremely expensive. The dessert was supposed to have a layer of ice cream buthad none. I am surprised that this restaurant is still in business but it is located in a good spot in Canyon Village. There aremany excellent restaurants in Park City but this is not one of them. Read more

No Tex Mex here- with a great chef who came from the Montage in Cabo, we were really excited to have some authentic Mexican... food. Probably Utah?s best selection of tequila and mezcal (they even have the traditional service for mezcal if you ask!). Theyare still working out some of the kinks with the service (only 4 weeks from opening when I write this) but gets better everytime. Great outdoor area and bar. By the time ski season rolls around this place is going to be banging. Must try - chickentinga tacos and guacamole. Desserts are heavenly. Also, if you are a fan of hot sauce (really hot sauce) the chef has a secretstash in the back of you ask. Just be sure you can handle it because it?s HOT. Read more
