Incredible dining experience I won't forget. Tucked away in the beautiful snowy mountains of Park City. Dimmed lighting, quiet... peaceful atmosphere. Stylish and elegant in every detail. They have a luxurious drink menu, unique whiskeys, deliciouscocktails. I ordered their tasting menu and every course was dedicant and to die for. The service was impressive! Edge Steakhouse is the best restaurant in Utah...and I'm not apologizing. We've had the privilege of being here as part of a... group reviewing the restaurant for a state food competition -- twice. The experiences were both out of this world. The chefshould be commended for the perfection they've attained. Much of this meal was comped for us, but it doesn't change theexperience. Eating hokkaido snow beef is magical. There isn't any place in the state of Utah able to get the quality of meatsthat Edge gets. Steak is great, Chicken was great, our side dishes were great. We had great service and made a very special Anniversary dinner... for us. If your at the Westgate this is a great place and easy to get too. The patio is very nice at night. Read more

My husband and I haven?t done much dining in since COVID, but we wanted to go someplace special for his birthday. I have... organized a few conferences with the Westgate Resort and the food was always amazing and the Edge is no exception. Gilbert, ourserver, was fantastic and I am glad I followed all of his recommendations because every one was spot on. My husband had a dryaged steak and I had filet mignon. My wife and I came to Park City for our Honeymoon, and we dined at Edge Steakhouse during our visit. We were blown away by the... staff, and the amazing dinner. Gilbert was our waiter and he was fantastic. He explained their menu perfectly and was attentiveall evening. He created a positive experience that was far more than just a dinner. The staff ended the night with an amazingsurprise that made our evening. It might not need to be said, but Edge Steakhouse has one of the best steaks in the U.S. Plus-their no yeast bread is something that needs to be experienced in person. My wife and I had the pleasure of celebrating our anniversary at this lovely restaurant. Matt our server was fantastic and all... of the staff made sure to make the night very special.
