I was taken out to eat here with a friend (about a week ago as an out-of-state visitor) and the servers provided excellent... service (also shout out to the manager!). The price was on the higher end but I'd say for the location it was expected. The food itself was good, but not great. My sister... and I were each happy with our selections, she had the lasagna and I had the Pappardelle Bolognese. The only real let down wasthe bruschetta appetizer. Only came with 3 slices of bruschetta, and there wasn't any honeycomb on the dish as advertised. Theolive oil on the bruschetta and poured on top was overpowering everything except the bitterness from the lemon zest. One thingI appreciated was almost all of their pasta is made in house, and you could tell. I'll go back and try more dishes and updatebased on that experience. Read more
BILL WHITE: Whoever you hired to run your kitchen is running it into the ground. We use to order takeout once a week. The new... chef has ruined the filet mignon. I forgot to take pictures before we started to eat. We were too hungry to wait. We ordered dinner for pick up while staying at... the nearby Holiday Inn on 01/16/2021. Everything tasted great. The filet mignon tender and delicious but overpriced for what youget. The spinach had no salt at all. The pizzas were priced just right and had great flavors. Would definitely go back for thepizzas. We had to get utensils from the front desk at our hotel because our to go order did not have any napkins or utensils.Make sure you check when picking up your order. Read more
Absolutely the best restaurant experience I've ever had. The food was phenomenal. The flavors rich and developed. The service... was top notch. Hand sanitizer was provided to the table, and the staff wore masks (correctly) the entire time. Andre, ourserver, was the absolute best waiter I've ever had. He was helpful, descriptive, accessible, and courteous, all without beingoverbearing in any way. The ambience added to the experience. We were seated next to a fireplace, well distanced from otherpatrons. The music was unimposing while still adding to the atmosphere. The presentation of the food was picture perfect (infact, my fiancee and I took pictures of the table just because we were so impressed). We were also gifted a coupon for theirbakery, which was entirely no obligation, just free baked goods. I am so glad I chose this spot to celebrate our engagement. Itwon our hearts and we will be back. If anything speaks for this place, it's that my fiancee and I spent just as long talkingabout the experience afterward, as we did in the actual restaurant. The food is excellent. The calamari is by far the best I've ever had it was fresh and very soft unlike most places you get... calamari it usually ends up somewhat chewy. The restaurant is very big so it made it easy to hear what the people at your tableare saying. The decor is traditional Italian it has what you would expect a higher end Italian restaurant to have.
