The steak here is absolutely to die for. I wish I had three more stomachs, solely so I could eat more of it. I wish I could... remember our servers name, because she was wonderful; very attentive and fun to have around. The Japanese wagyu is definitelyworth buying a sampler of, and the NY Strip was cooked to perfection. I cannot wait for a chance to come back. Read more

In October, my family was staying around the corner from KITA. We decided one night to head over for dessert. We had the Banana... Chocolate Gratin, Milk Bread Pudding, and Seasonal Sorbet. The Banana Chocolate Gratin was rich and wonderful. The Milk BreadPudding was the best dessert I’ve ever had. It was light and fluffy, and the whiskey sauce was magical. The Sorbet was good.We will definitely go back. Read more

A couple friends and I went to KITA during the Park City fall dine around, and were able to experience a three course meal at... KITA. The food was incredible, and the service was really wonderful. Our waiter was enthusiastic about the menu, attentive, andfriendly. I find it really hard to find five star service and an experience to accompany it especially in a post covid world, and KITA exceeded all expectations. Read more

This was one of the most incredible dinners we’ve ever had. Service was impeccable and they did everything they could to make... our experience special. Our table wasn’t ready on time so they gave us cocktails on the house to pass the time. The entiremeal was excellent. Claudia, our server, was fantastic and we can’t say enough about her. Read more

This place severely missed the mark on all fronts. We will not be going back.\n\nI came here with my parents and my girlfriend.... Honestly, the menu looks good but execution was terrible. This was not a busy night either being a Thursday with maybe 6 otheractive tables in sight.\n\nService\n- not knowledgeable about drinks on the menu. asked for filtered sake and receivedunfiltered. asked for a non alcoholic cocktail, they suggested a moscow mule and then brought us a strawberry lemonade for somereason\n- had to ask multiple times to fill water, clear plates, bring us silverware\n- waited 20 min between courses. we had tokeep flagging different people down to get any level of attention (again, not busy at all)\n\nFood\n- apps were actually good.octopus and cauliflower\n- undercooked $135 wagyu that was flavorless (chef admitted this then didn’t take it off the bill)\n-served us cold mashed potatoes to go with the steak\n\n$400 check with nothing comped despite admitting how bad the experiencewas for us. Such a shame to have wasted this much money at this place. Read more

Maybe it was an off night for the establishment, but my wife and I had a terrible experience. I’m thoughtful in leaving... negative reviews, because I recognize there has been a lot of hard work put into operating this business. Hopefully they takethe feedback and turn make some improvements. For $70, the fillet mignon was bad compared to other nice steak houses. Thehalibut was undercooked and lacking flavor. The fried cauliflower was unusual enough that some like it and some may not. Thedeep fried breading is thick/heavy so couldn’t each much. The mushrooms were too acidic/lemony/vinegary for our liking. Notsavory like most high end restaurant mushrooms. My wife liked the spinach that came with the fish. We had to ask for our billbecause the waiter never once came and checked on us. He apologized on our way out. Read more

Delicious food and terrific service. While here we enjoyed delicious cocktails, sushi, small bites, steaks, truffle potatoes and... veggies. We have zero complaints about our experience EXCEPT we arrive at 7pm on an off season night and we’re asked if we hada reservation. No problem! (apparently since there were only 2 other tables seated at the time.) Then a server runs over to thehostess desk; pushes her out of the way and again asks if we have a reservation then proceeds to study the computer like she wastrying to figure out an advanced equation making sure we understand she has no interest in serving us. ((We are dressedcasually but not any more than other patrons we encountered.))\nShe finally decides that we are to be seated in the last tableclosest to the kitchen- nowhere near a window and furthest table from her ONE table (my view was literally the dish washingstation.) Its okay, we sat down and enjoyed our three course meal and drinks despite her rude bs. In the entire time we werethere only ONE other table arrived, ordered one course and was gone.\nIt was an awesome experience and the lady who served uswas wonderful, but you allowed a server to treat me and my family like a second class citizen-and why? Because when I tried tocall to make a reservation for dinner the number listed online was non-functioning? and online reservations were also notworking?\nWe paid well over $100 per person for our meal!!\nNext time someone does you the favor of showing up on a seriouslyslow night maybe don’t let your employees treat them like they don’t deserve to be there.
