Worst experience ever! My daughter's and I came in to eat dinner after a school program and there were so many people in line... with problems with their orders that my family and I didn't have the time to also stand in line so I thought I would just writeyou on here. Listening to the manager shouting that she's training new people doesn't really cut it for terrible service andcold food. Our entire meal was cold and my daughter's chocolate milk was rotten. I feel like I sat there mostly trying to getthis review to work before I actually left. Threw away all of my food because she was still angry even after everyone had left.I'm not one to write a review on a fast food restaurant because I understand they're usually short-handed but the food wasabsolutely disgusting. And I feel like I never want to go back to this location again. Customer was standing in line shoutingfor the manager we could hear him all the way from where we were sitting. A customer was complaining to staff that there wasn?t any toilet paper in the restrooms and the manager told the customer to... contact corporate. Every single trash can in the store is overflowing to where you can?t hardly dispose of your trash. Also thestore had trash on the floor. The manager was rudely demanding her staff around and you could tell they were all very stressed.Not sure what?s happening but it wasn?t the best dine in McDonald?s experience I?ve had. Read more

I tried adding another big Mac to my order since they didn't tell me they were doing the get another for $1 thing. The girl at... the first window tells us her mother told her not to add things. Since when can I not add something when I get to the window???On top of that my chicken nuggets were barely warm when I got them. So. All in all I give this place a 2. Read more

I give it a 2 because the food is good and fresh. The place has become a serve yourself establishment though. I was scolded by... an employee for trying to order via a human. Was told to use the app or kiosk because the humans were busy. Good luck getting autensil, napkin, or some ketchup. Essentially no one staffs the front desk. You must catch someone looking at you to get anyattention. Pathetic customer service. Read more

Without a doubt, this was the worst experience of our lifetime at a McDonald?s or any fast food restaurant. They force ordering... at the kiosk. Two of the four kiosks were out of order, with a message to order at the counter, which they refused as an option. When we finally got access to a working kiosk, it took several minutes to input the order and there were only three of us..Customers were standing around frustrated ? venting out loud ? and waiting for over 20 minutes for their food. Numerouscustomers from the drive-through came into the restaurant to ask why it was taking so long. There is no option to get a drinkcup while waiting for food. Our food was delivered finally, but was incomplete. It was pretty much a zero star experience. Iunderstand that it is difficult to find and retain employees, but this whole process was a joke. Inside remodel is horrible and the employees refuse to help you. An employee told me there are no refills and even refused to... give us BBQ sauce. Wake up McDonald's this is a resort town and you're trashing your image. Customer service is important, goback to the days when this was a good place to go to. Do not recommend this McDonald's to anyone. Place is trashed, notsanitary, do not bring children here they could get sick. The health inspector should be shutting this place down! Don?t like to give negative reviews at all because sometimes one bad experience doesn?t reflect the over all service of an... establishment, *******But OMG I was disrespected as a customer at this Location, Mary as she told me her name was(no name tag)actually told me she had no time to help me, wow wow wow. This just happened today jun 9 2022 at around 8:50 am I drive a truckand couldn?t go through drive through. Walked in, was paying with cash and can?t use the kiosk for the life of me, sad but true.She first ignored me and walked away and after some minutes she came back and immediately started telling me she didn?t havetime for me, I told her I was next in line to please help me and again was denied service, I can understand that restaurantscan be a bit hectic but I find it insulting as a customer that took its time to choose this location only to be told they haveno time for you. Also by looking at the comments, I can tell this is a culture of disrespect. Hope someone can address this. Read more

I will openly admit that I may have an addiction to iced coffee from McDonald's... It does not matter that I just ordered coffee... 20 minutes ago, but as soon as I drove by this place, I knew I needed more I use the mobile app, to save a little bit of money,and get an iced coffee for 99 cents if I order from my phone. I went to the drive-thru, and there were only three cars in frontof me, but there was a little bit of delay Regardless, I got my iced coffee, as well as a little water for my puppy, and Iappreciate it.
