Immediately asked if we were "guests" of the hotel when we checked into the hostess stand. Made reservations weeks ago but... apparently that 1 "wrong" answer to this question got us a high top table in the bar area for our Thanksgiving dinner. Verytasteless way to greet ANY guest. We happen to own a property up the street and thought we'd enjoy an elegant dinner at theepitome of elegance that is to be the Waldorf but not in this case. Our BARTENDER/Server was excellent and the food was verygood but felt like the host staff was doing us a favor by "letting us in." As a general rule and FYI, NObody wants to sit at ahigh top table for a full service dinner and certainly not on a special holiday. You can reserve around this vs trying to packin every $ disregarding the experience of your patrons. Read more

I would give it zero stars if I could. My husband made a reservation for Thanksgiving in Sept with Nico. We called today to... reconfirm before our trip next week and they said they couldn't find it. When we gave them the details of our reservation, wewere told that Nico, who works at the host stand, is not allowed to make reservations and they are unable to honor it becausethey are now fully committed. So do yourself a favor and make sure you ask "if the person taking your reservation actually hasthe authority to make it for you." Because that's a thing according to them. Classy establishment for the Waldorf. Read more

Did not blow my socks off but was easily accessed from my room in the hotel. Honestly, I expected a little more from the venue.... Had breakfast one day, lunch one day, and dinner another time. Read more

We were guests at the Waldorf Astoria in Park City over the holiday weekend and I will say out restaurant dining experience was... superb! Travis was our bartender and server. The food was amazing (we had the salmon and the filet mignon) as well as somecocktails. Sadly our second visit was in room dining and we did not have the same food experience. Only one of our meals wascorrect and my salmon didn’t taste right so I barely ate any of it. The staff and service were great but they lost a star dueto the food taste, quality, and order accuracy for our in room dining experience. Read more

Had a great birthday dinner. The food, the service, everything was immaculate. Shelby was our server and she was also... outstanding. Truly recommend for special occasions. Read more

A great view for breakfast - no matter where you’re staying! I was staying down the street and swinging by for breakfast was... definitely worth it - great casual spot for some coffee and lap-topping or a full on boozy brunch! Read more

Drinks and food were quite average. The waitress was rather slow. Perhaps due to understaffed. The hotel and manager of the... restaurant did go above and beyond to make up for the service. 5 stars for them, but had to dock a star due to overall price, quality, and taste of food. Read more

Upscale dining at the Waldorf Astoria’s hotel. I haven’t been there for dinner but I tried breakfast, lunch and cocktails at... the bar during my stay. The food is good and well-presented, so are drinks. However, I think the service did not live up to theexpectations from a top 5 star hotel. At breakfast we experienced a slow and inattentive service, while lunch was good, and thebar tender was great. I believe food and drinks are also overpriced compared to similar locations in the area.
