Severely disappointed in this restaurant. Nothing about this restaurant or the food screams fine dining. This was my first... restaurant experience in Utah since arriving earlier today and I am just extremely disappointed. My dad was a Chef in D.C. andI think he could put out better food with a propane stove in the middle of the woods with his eyes closed. It?s time to bringback good food and I hope this place gets their act together. Read more

Though food was good, it's hard to justify the price. I didn't find any of our dishes to be unique that I would order again. The... Burrata starter was bland and the kitchen forgot to serve sauce with the tuna dish. It feels like you are paying for the speciallocation of the restaurant instead of for the food or service. We had our 18th anniversary at Rime and it was a phenomenal experience. Our server, Kristie, was friendly, attentive and gave... great recommendations. Chef Norgren made fantastic food and showed genuine enthusiasm for what he does. We started with risottoballs and ended with a great dessert. Everything in between had great flavor. My wife is a vegetarian and there was plenty toeat for her. Thanks Rime staff for a wonderful evening and some great food. I will definitely be heading back there soon. Read more

I made a reservation for my friend's birthday here and was excited take her to this beautiful location. I asked specifically to... sit outside or near a window on the reservation and we were sat the furthest away from a window you could be. We were a party of5 and there were 2 other tables much closer to the windows that could accommodate a 5 top that never had people sat at them. Wenever even came close to seeing a view. For someone who wanted to bring their friend here specifically for this reason this wasa disappointment. We were sat right by the server stand. It was somewhat embarrassing for me to take her here with the highprices with fairly average food and no view. You should pay attention to the reservation details and seat people closer to thewindows if possible. Everyone eating here most likely wants a view if possible and many people won't have the chance to eat hereagain bc of the cost. Treat people right and pay attention to what you are doing. We told the server it was my friend's birthdayand she didn't even say happy birthday. No dessert menu was offered either. It might not have seemed like a bid deal and justanother night for the staff but it was supposed to be a special night for her. I wouldn't go back. Read more

We stayed at the St Regis, and ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner here. Very nice, clean restaurant. Plan ahead, and get a... reservation in advance during the busy ski season. Quality food, great atmosphere, and great service. Read more

Great food and the service is wonderful. We come here every year to celebrate our anniversary and couldn't have picked a better... place. The mussels were some of the best I have had and their cocktails are unique and flavorful. Read more

Mostly a disappointment. We were pleased to get a booking and it would have been the highlight of our stay in Park City. But... unfortunately the service was very slow, and when our entrees arrived the last one was delayed by 15 minutes. The first threehad arrived cold. We sent one back but didn't want to make a scene sending them all back. Three of the trout were not just coldbut dry. The fourth, delayed 15 minutes was tasty and hot. Three of the 4 sides were cold. The scallops were minuscule. Theenvironment was puzzling. There were couples dressed up next to couples with ball caps bouncing babies on the table. Notablecloths. Maybe this is just what you get at a ski resort these days. So our response may just be overly highexpectations. But for $80/person we expected more. Read more

It was an interesting meal. The drinks and food were good, but the service is not was you expect from a resort like the St.... Regis. There was NO one to be found at the hostess stand. My husband waited about 15 minutes if not longer. The waitstaff wasn?thelpful either. The view was beautiful and the weather was gorgeous though, so we waited. We finally got a table from a groupthat felt bad bc they saw us waiting with our 4 year old for so long. It took about 20 minutes to get a kid?s fruit plate and 2kid?s salads (we ordered adult salads, but oh well). The fruit plate was okay, but the kiwi tasted like onion and they left thefruit tags on. My trout was supposed to come with green beans and didn?t. I pointed that out and the waiter told me it wasn?tvery many green beans anyway. I said I still wanted them and he forgot to get them. As he cleared my plate he said ?oh, sorry, Ijust remembered your beans.? We also asked for another set of silverware and never got it. The also had their nightly champagnesaber and were supposed to have sparkling grape juice. I asked for a cup and they said ?we are out, sorry.? I told them thatthe front desk said they would have some and the girl kind of huffed and the guy was like ?let me go look? and found some. Soagain, food was great although some issues, but the service was disappointing. Read more
