I have had several great experiences at the Park City Ruth's Chris. The staff is always professional and considerate and the... food is consistent in its deliciousness! The wine menu has some great bottles for purchase (we drank the whispering angel rosesince its summer time!), the beer selection has local options that are amazing, and the cocktails are incredible. We tried thecorn side dish and we are glad we did, the flavor is sweet but spicy with the peppers and all round a great dish. The sweetpotato casserole is always a winner. The 16 oz steak is big enough to share, the tomahawk is an amazing cut of meat andInstagram worthy. The chef comes to your table and cuts it for you and you can request to take the bone home for your caninefriends. The lobster tail is always my go to with a squeeze of lemon and decetant butter on the side. Right now they have anincredibly fresh and soft blueberry cheesecake, it's perfect for summer, not too rich with a heaping pile of blueberry compoteon the top. And just to mention the service again, Andrea, our waiter was amazing. She let us take our time and all the correctfood came out, we didn't feel rushed to leave the table. If I could give 3.5 I would. Customer service was absolutely phenomenal. My favorite was the calamari and the lobster, however,... I honestly didn’t feel my petite ribeye was anything above average. Our calamari and potatoes came out cold (we sent thecalamari back, and it was phenomenal the second time), but we gave up on the potatoes. This was my first time at Ruth’sChris, and I just felt like it wasn’t the romanticized experience with “melt in your mouth steak” that everyone portraysit to be. Read more
I had never eaten here before. It was our anniversary, so my husband decided to make it special. I started with the French Onion... soup. Delicious! It was a little sweet I think from the carmelized onions. My husband got the ahi tuna. Spicy, but yummy. Weshared a tomahawk steak. Presentation was awesome. I liked that they served it on a hot steak. Didn't like that is was in a bathof butter. Too greasy for my taste. Finished the rest for breakfast, which was much better. Elegant, fine dining in both atmosphere and service. The menu is large enough for choice but small enough for perfection in... execution. Intimate dining with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Upscale, but you will see people in both formal wear andskiing casual, so all are welcome. Read more

Fine dining at it's absolute best. In all my years, I have never had a better experience as far as service goes. Our server... Chris, server assistant Thomas and manager Lisa made our experience incomparable. They set the bar so high, I already feeldisappointed even considering dining anywhere else. I'm visiting from California so sadly this once in a lifetime experience maynever be replicated. I could honestly write a very long essay about my experience but I'll spare you the details. Just knowthis: this place is worth a visit. Request server Chris. Try everything on the menu. The Sazerac was sooooo good and possiblycontributed to this impeccable experience but try it anyway. WOW just WOW! Reserved a table for our anniversary and let me tell you this did not disappoint. The concierge service was so... amazing , the food from the warm sour dough bread all the way to the key lime pie and chocolate explosion cake where amazing.And this is not even comparable to the amazing steaks. the Cowboy Ribeye and the fillet where simply the most delicious steakswe have ever had. i would not hesitate to go back again and again.
