Tried this place for the first time today and was not disappointed! Portions are huge and priced accordingly. The atmosphere is... warm, welcoming, and very comfortable. The service was great and they made sure all our needs were not only met but exceeded ourexpectations. My wife ordered a wedge salad and the filet mignon. I ordered a caprese salad, the ribeye, and we shared a side ofgarlic mashed potatoes which was more than enough for two. All of the food was excellent, savory, flavored and cooked toperfection! The only dish that we didn't care for was the potatoes. They were good but neither of us cared for the flavor whichseemed just a little off. The restaurant made it right though by not charging us for it. We didn't ask for that, they just didit and thanked us for the good feedback. There was also live entertainment which made for a fantastic experience! Willdefinitely dine here again! (I only got a pic of my steak but the rest was picture worthy as well) Read more

I always like to start with the good, so we really enjoyed a nice early dinner, we asked for the chefs choice on how to cook our... porterhouses and they really did an excellent job! The calamari was perfect and not overly greasy or chewy and had a greatpairing of Sauces, the mashed potatoes weren?t anything to really write home about but I did enjoy them and we had a reallyattentive and kind waitress. Now for the star deduction, when we called they suggested we make a reservation as it was aSaturday night and they would be slammed, when we arrived we were the only customers there, we did see another couple seatedbefore we left around 6:30. The drinks were tasty enough but significantly priced for the amount of alcohol legally allowed in acocktail and the wine list was all wines I?ve tried at my local liquor store (outside of Utah) and were marked up 300-500%, Ilike to try new and exotic wines when visiting a steak house of this pricing. The atmosphere was very rockabilly meets grandmasdining room which I actually liked a lot but when the owner came to talk to us he didn?t have much to say aside from a weirdflex that his dad owns house of blues in Las Vegas and he helped him open this place so early in his 20?s. Nepotism isn?t thebiggest conversation starter with your guests. Overall the customer service was 5 stars, they box your plates and pay greatattention, to be fair they didn?t have anyone else to pay attention too. I would say they have 3-4 star food at 5 star pricingbut still yummy. Just not a $300 yummy. So to sum up, it was good food but it?s not priced correctly. As a reviewer I love beingsent to high end steak houses and they just didn?t quite measure up. I would do 3.5 stars if I could. Read more

Wonderful ambiance featuring soft western decor accented with posters of rock icons and guitars. Live music every night that... sometimes is only a solo player. The food was good and served HOT but our steak was over cooked, sides were under seasoned andcocktails were sweet. With so many options nearby, better food values are easy to find. Read more

Very cool interior & atmosphere! Fireplaces, leather couches and live music. Tables & high-tops to eat awesome food. Think... upscale steakhouse for the food. Staff is awesome but want to give kudos to Rose who took excellent care of us! First-timers butwill definitely be back soon. Warning it?s pricey. Read more

Found out about this place from the back of my grocery store receipt. I have been here twice now and have had a great time.... Definitely recommend sitting at the bar. The bartender, Meagan, made us some great cocktails that we will definitely be backfor! She is truly a treasure! Fun ambiance with live music. Read more

My family and I were lucky enough to dine on the fifth night of their soft opening. While the décor is eclectic each room... seems to have its own theme. The restaurant was clean and the tables and chairs were very comfortable. We started at the barwhich had two bartenders so for our party of eight, service was slow but it was Christmas eve. The cocktails were delicious; wehad the Blue Lavender gin and the egg white Gin Sour. At dinner the staff were all welcoming, our server was Rose and the ownerJackson checked in on us often. The food was very good and came out in a timely manner. The French onion soup was verytraditionally-served and delicious. All food pictured was good but our highlights would have to be the lobster mac, the ahituna, and the chocolate cake. The steak was good but not something you couldn't get somewhere else. We are excited to see finedining included at Kimball Junction and would go back. There is room for improvement but it was less than a week since theiropening. Read more
