The one issue I had with the food here is my spider roll came out VERY overcooked. The soft shell crab was burned and not good.... I asked to get something else and my server came back with ANOTHER SPIDER ROLL. I was frustrated but didn't have the patience toreiterate my original request for a different sushi roll. The second spider roll wasn't overly cooked but did still have thatburnt taste to it. Probably the oil. Read more

We were up in Park City/Kimball Junctuon for a tournament and my son wanted sushi. So, we decided to try Sushi Blue. It was... really disappointing. We got the tempura shrimp roll and the spider roll. They were overdone and had little flavor. My sonwouldn't even finish it. So, if you're looking for sushi it's worth the extra time to drive into Park City to visit The FlyingSumo. Skip Sushi Blue! Read more
I was split here, everything is fresh and good quality. We got seven different rolls. Some of them I really liked and some of... them I thought the flavors were a little out there. Again the quality is good. It’s not like it was rancid. It’s just amixture of the different things they put in there wasn’t quite what I would consider awesome. Again remember that’s anopinion so some people may love it. What a breath of fresh air. This venue is top notch in atmosphere and service. The sushi is wonderful. Fresh and bold, popping... with fantastic flavor. The hot sauces pack a huge kick if you are into pleasing your palatte with a punch. Highly recommend andwill definitely return. Read more

Loved this place. The staff was friendly, the place was clean and the decor was thought out. In the background was faint classic... rock. Kinda tied the Americanization sushi together. We had the shredded brussel sprouts for an appetizer and I can't begin totell you how awesome it was. The crunchy macadamia nuts with the soft lightly sweet golden raisins and then you get punched withthe salty pork and soy. We walked in and read menu and left: Clean Customer service nice Menu is NOT real sushi. This is one of those hamburgers and... other stuff type stops. We felt it was a spot for tourists with kids who need to make everyone happy. If that’s for you thenthis is your spot! Read more
