We had a wonderful dinner. The food was exceptional. While I would not consider myself a dessert person - the desserts were... just delicious!! The service was excellent as well! Definitely a great place for dinner on Park City !! Read more

This place is amazing! We sat out on the patio and the atmosphere was just perfect. Food was incredible (we got the fried... Brussels and the burger with a side of Mac and cheese), the portion sizes are totally reasonable for the price. We willdefiantly be coming here again! Read more

Great vegan/vegetarian selections We really enjoyed our meal at this restaurant on our recent road trip from Atlanta to Salt... Lake City. The restaurant was a bit drafty but when we asked the server to raise the temperature to make it warmer, it did getbetter. We ordered the flatbread, 3-cheese mac, the ravioli, shitake fritters and my mother-in-law ordered the Utah Elk. fordessert we had some kind of brownie with berries - it was really yum! We also had a bottle of their Malbec wine. Everything wasdelicious and beautifully presented. Our server was professional. We would definitely go back if we lived in Utah. Read more

I first started coming to the Twisted Fern on annual ski trips to Park City when I could get a reservation here through Open... Table. I discovered what was then a hidden gem. I have been coming back every year because of the creative plant based food andthe octopus. They change up the octopus dish but it is consistently excellent and well cooked. There is a mix of meat, fish andplant based dishes. This year I chose the pakora style shiitake fritters with lentils. Delicious, with the curried popcorn a funtwist. Don’t let the shopping center location deter you- it’s all about the food! Good selection of beers, too! Read more

Adam the owner and Elisabeth were amazing. The food looked they had a plethora of tweezers dropping garnishes to make our plates... look as amazing as they tasted. The chicken. Elk, and pork chop were all winners. Hung out with the founders of Alpinedistillery while we were there. It was a blast! Amazing food and atmosphere. Total Park City must! Read more

Presentation was top notch, but not all the dishes were executed well in terms of taste. In general, it seems like the seafood... dishes had well balanced seasoning. Other dishes like the fries, shiitake fritters, and ravioli were too salty. Poached Pear fordessert definitely looked better than it tasted. Prices were high, but this was expected in Park City. Service was friendly andfood came out in a timely manner. I'd try some other restaurants before coming back here again. Read more

I was pleasantly surprised by our dinner with only one odd menu item. I'll start with the cons as they are few: the Brie... appetizer was almost inedible. The bread was cut too thick and the Brie sat in a puddle of veggies and balsamic which wascompletely overwhelming. I recommend a simpler presentation: Brie, a head of roasted garlic, thinner sliced bread, somepreserves. Also, the 'dirty rice' (which is nothing like traditional dirty rice) was too smoky and it overwhelmed the taste ofthe beautiful dish it was served with. Same with the pink vinegar sauce with the elk (a deep red reduction sauce would have beenbetter). It seems like so many places are trying too hard to be unique. The Pros: Everything else was phenomenal. The elk andit's accompaniments were perfectly seasoned and cooked. The striped bass was gorgeous - in presentation and in taste. Thebrownie dessert was a-ma-zing. It was like a flourless chocolate cake with ice cream, brandied cherries, fresh strawberry and alight chocolate mousse. So good! Or server - Julie(?) - and the bartender were very personable and attentive. I highlyrecommend! Read more

First, for the food I give 5 stars because it was excellent ! I chose octopus as starter and it was great, elk as entree and... great too, and the brownie is also amazing so great food and gastronomic. Portions are just fine and do not expect to go backhome with a box. Now the atmosphere is not up to the food, it’s like a cantina and not cozy at all, that’s a shame. Theservice is good, the guy at the entrance is like the weather outside, cold and not smiling. Last thing the first price for a redwine is $54 and expensive, four time the price, a starting price at $35 would have been appreciated. In general good restaurant! Read more
