I chose this restaurant because it was the top rated place (for the number of reviews) in Park City. Staff is awesome, beer is... cold. The food why it loses two stars. The pizza needs to be improved, especially since they have a ceramic Woodstone oven. Theyaren’t doing justice to that oven. The pastas were not very tasty and cream-based sauces were curdled when the arrived at thetable. The apps are not bad. Read more

Love this place. It’s good food, good prices, great service. I have only good things to say here. Brussel sprouts are a must.... Everything else is equally as good. Had the White Chicken Primavera it was unexpectedly good. Better with a side of red sauce. The versante house salad is always a winner. Good beer menu, great wine by the glass menu. Staff is super helpful. Read more

I stay here for business trips and tend to eat at Versante often. I’ve tried quite a bit on the menu and really enjoyed the... majority. The pizzas are delicious, I ask for a little less cheese than normal out of personal preference. The staff are alwayspleasant and it’s got a great ambiance. Read more

The spiro pizza seems WAY different than the pictures someone posted before. Where’s arugula?!???? They won’t even come out... for curbside order. You’d have to go inside the hotel to pick it up even the sign says to wait and they ask your car info onthe phone???? It was 45 mins wait for pick up order. I don’t know if that’s normal wait time for burger and pizza but pizzawas so dried and hard when we picked it up. Burger was good and they substituted salad for fries ???? Read more

Versante is a Park City gem, you wouldn't even realize it's a hotel restaurant unless you wondered outside of the restaurant! I... am so glad it popped up in my search for dinner. A newbie to Park City can find picking from many of the dining optionsintimidating. But do yourself a favor, and enjoy dinner here! You will not be disappointed. There is something for everyone. Myhusband and I visited at the end of August, so the weather was still quite nice, there is indoor seating and a four-seasons typeroom/patio as well. Versante has a lawn that they do live music on occasionally throughout the summer. I love that! Dinner andentertainment. I think you can find their music events on their Facebook page. We made reservations using Yelp. I alwaysrecommend making reservations when available just to nix a possibility of waiting too long. We made our reservations on the samedays as our visits. We had dinner at Versante twice on our trip - a Thursday and Monday. On both days, we made a reservation, but it wasn't too busy either evening. The service at Versante was very good, I felt that the staff attended to us well on bothnights. Do yourself a favor and order the Spinach & Artichoke Dip to start your meal! It is so good. I think the focaccia breadmakes this dish heaven! We ordered it on both of our visits. I ordered the Salmon Risotto and my husband ordered the SteakFrites. On our second visit, we ordered a pizza to give the wood-fire a try and Carbonara. It did not disappoint. The Salmon andSteak were cooked perfectly. The menu has quite a bit of offerings, I do think just about any food preferences would be able tofind something. Gluten free is an option upon request. You're welcome for the recommendation! We didn’t have a reservation but they squeezed us right in! I didn’t mind it was near the door either bc it was super... busy. Ordered the grilled Caesar and split it, the margarita pizza add garlic and pepperoni for us and the the spaghetti for mydaughter- adult size. She couldn’t finish it but almost! The house wines are awesome - 2 of my faves and they even let me buyone one taste it before I left bc the liquor stores in UTaH were closed - and they are the only one that sell wines :( - so thatwas a bonus!! Only negative would be that I added salt and pepper to everything except the wines. Read more
