My husband and I are avid goers of the din about. We selected 10 Dine about each year we believe we have a good sample of the... food the finer restaurant offer here in Park City UT. . In 2020 2 week restaurant offering was the first year we tried Wahsoasian restaurant. Coming from the Bay area with a large population of asian restaurant we were trying to temper ourexpectations. To our amazement Wahso far exceeded our expectation and we ended up ranking it at the top of the list thisyear!! The Shrimp tempura appetizer with a light batter and slightly crispy large shrimp followed by Pork belly which was crispyand very flavorful. Next was the beet salad and coconut chicken soup really nicely done. Then the entree Salmon with udon. Myhusband is a fish lover and I am the meat connoisseur . The salmon skin at Wahso was delicious with a slightly crispy slightlyseasoned touch, while soft and juicy inside, it far surpassed many salmon dinner I have ever had…. A refreshing deviationfrom the softer stretchy skin that many restaurants serve. and seasoned in a way that really augmented the fresh flavor of thethe fish stake's natural flavors! Finally the grand finally the Tenderloin beef OMG the tenderness the seasoning and the meatflavor was the best we have encountered form all 10 dine about this yr. We just had a wonderful New Year's Eve dinner at Wahso and it was absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious (the chicken hot... pot and the ribs appetizer were absolutely amazing). A great restaurant! Highly recommended! Read more
This restaurant far surpassed our expectations! I enjoyed the porkchop and it was so unique and delicious. My husband had the... crab encrusted salmon and was thrilled with his choice. The service was excellent and the ambiance of the restaurant wasstellar! I highly recommend this restaurant as a superior fine dining option! Read more
Server we had was very knowledgeable of the menu. Both our dishes were so delicious. A little pricey but well worth it.
I can honestly say I can not wait to go back!!! The filet minion was on point. I highly recommended it, from the Bernese sauce... to the fingerling potatoes tangy side sauce, I’m still thinking about this dish! The coconut dessert was delicious as well,not sure I would get it again but it’s worth trying. Table also got the fish dish pictured and enjoyed it. The dumplingswere tasty too perfect appetizer to share. The ambiance is nice Outdoor patio seating is first come first basis. Indoor oroutdoor seating are both lovely. The staff is wonderful!
