The food was fantastic!! Sushi nachos and peanut butter miso cups were our fave. Montage roll was great. Saki was solid. Very... good service, but food takes time. As for atmosphere, one wall is a simple partition from the lounge. I thought the atmospherewas fun because we had the buzz and live music from the lounge. Amazing food and excellent service! Claire provided impeccable service! Super friendly and a joy to be with, we are so glad... she was able to make our dinner even more special! WOW! Let me take a second to appreciate the incredible meal that I just had. First off, Chef Dan is a legend. He’s incredible... passionate about his job and if you ask, he will teach you so much about the food. TJ and Julianna also took very good care ofme. I had the Toro hand roll, sushi nachos (YUM), a Peruvian-inspired Gazpacho dish w/ Japanese snapper, and a king crab dishthat melted in my mouth. I rather enjoyed the ‘Bee-Utah-Full’ cocktail - the lavender on top of the egg white foam wasperfection! Sit at the sushi bar if you can. Food is not fresh!Service non-existent. GO TO YUKI YAMA ON MAIN STREET INSTEAD! Experience: Jerry our waiter didn’t even say... hi or introduced himself. He seemed busy, but restaurant wasn’t even half full. Later he was having some fun long conversationwith one table that seemed to be his friends. When taking our order he kept looking to different directions?!! Didn’t comeback to ask how the food taste. Only came back to give us a check. Food: Ordered TT Salad (Chef’s Specialty) - couldn’t eatit as it was soaked in salt. Not balanced at all. Lady that brought other food and took a salad didn’t acknowledge that saladwas barely touched! Ordered a roll without tuna. It came with tuna anyways!!! My husband tasted it and tuna wasn’t evenstale!! Rolls lacked rice! You could see nori sheets. It all fell apart which is an indication of old rice. $27 for such aroll?!? Please check larger cities and their sushi that is fresh and not overpriced or close this nonsense! Worse diningexperience in Park City. Will not come back!!!! Read more
Bio Hazard!!! Diner for two at the coffee table...!? Worst overpriced Sushi Ever! Fish stale as the service by... JERRY(waiter) Rice is white and crumbly at least two weeks old. Salad came in oversaturated in “vinegarete”-soy sauce withextra salt. If it were for me I would quarantine this place for a year before opening anything new in its place. Good day! ???? Read more
