Bruhhh.. I don’t usually write reviews but I have to for this place. Excellent. My husband and I are big foodies, and he... agrees that it’s one of the top three meals he has ever had. We indulged ourselves and ordered a lot of food, but wecouldn’t stop. We wanted to try everything! The specials were amazing, as with the sashimi. I feel like the key to good sushicomes down to how fresh the fish is. Yuki Yama was some of the freshest fish I’ve tasted in utah. The even had fresh Uni (myhusbands favorite) and it was creamy and delicious. Our waiter, “Z”, was attentive s despite the many tables he was takingcare of. Brodie, one of the managers, came to check in with us a few times over the evening. Soooo despite the dent in thewallet(due to us ordering everything), it was worth every penny. Fantastic sushi in cool little space along Main Street. Ask for the table by the window upstairs. Service was excellent and... ambiance very hip. Everything we had was wonderful, but especially recommend the Mr Miyagi roll (see photo). Read more

Still easily the best sushi in Park City, and maybe the best restaurant overall. The fish is incredibly fresh, and they always... do a fantastic job of sourcing interesting varieties from across the world. Highly recommend sitting at the sushi bar anddoing omakase style. Read more

Easily one of the best sushi restaurants in the valley. I’d easily say best sushi restaurant in Park City. The creativity,... the ambiance, the selection of drinks and the service are always exceptional. It’s pricey though! We love to come at leastonce a year during and indulge on all that Yuki Yama has to offer. Great spot for celebrations! If at all possible, I highlysuggest making a reservation, although you may get lucky from walking in and seeing if someone canceled. They are booked andbusy though! With good reason! Read more

Great vibe and even better sushi! This was our first time and we were lucky enough to sit at the sushi bar with Cesar! He was... an incredible sushi chef and a pleasure to chat with! My girlfriend was stuck between pork ramen and kimchee ramen so he said,lemme make u something with both! Such great service! Also, the whole mackerel was awesome! Great suggestion Cesar! Wow, loved this place! I especially loved the kimchi miso soup which had kimchi and rice in miso broth (I’m still thinking... about it)! The rolls were fabulous as well. The Bruce Lee Roy roll was particularly good. The cocktails were also good (tequiladrink and cucumber martini). Also had juicy limes! Read more

This place is amazing. I have been to some top end sushi places in my life and the quality here is on par. Bruce Lee roy was... very good, and sake Kama is great to split for two. Tuna tiradito also very tasty. Would return when I can! Read more

I have eaten mountains of sushi in Utah, and I believe this place had the freshest fish. The menu is full of great options for... the casual sushi consumer and also for those adventurous ones out there. The executive roll has everything I like in a sushi.
