I'm a loud talker. It's easy to understand me. "I'd like a 12 pack of tacos, and a large nachos." So when it took me FIVES TIMES... to get the order right because the server could not be bothered to pay attention, my voice became agitated. For that alone, theyrefused service. Then a manager stepped in, and let me order, and after all that, after failing to get "large nachos" five timesin a row... there was no way I would eat what they served me, so I just left. I don't mind technical, glitches, but this wasn'tthat. The audio was perfectly clear in both directions, I just wan't worth their full attention, apparently. Read more

Okay, so you're doing what I did and came straight to the reviews lol. It's really another situation were you have to check it... out for yourself. Yes, it was closed and only drive thru was open, but! This one girl had this big Cadillac truck that couldn'tfit so they let her order inside. If that doesn't give them cool points then idk what to tell you. The girl that took my orderwas really patient with my order, friendly and had good manners. The cashier had the same energy when I paid and when hebrought my food out. I had a decent size order that they got out pretty fast. So there you go, for me it wasn't bad and I'd goback . Read more

Dining room was closed, it was drive thru only. The girl that took the order was rude & had an unpleasant attitude. I was TOLD... to pull up to the door & my food would be brought out to me(no one was in front nor behind me) waited 12 minutes a car drove uporder and started blowing horn like crazy because drive way was block. The same girl came out and gave me the wrong food andtook it back & told me to drive around the other side of the restaurant (with a nasty attitude)My 11 year old even said she hada really nasty attitude and she wasn't nice!! This restaurant is in serious review of there management staff. I was so disgusted by how manger was treating their employees... right in front of me in the drive through window. When I called to have discuss about it, manger refused to give there name anddeny these interactions ever happened. Then decided to be silent on the phone on the phone when I was confirming your saying noto discussing the situation and giving me your name. I said I would be informing corporate as it personally was just disgustedby the behavior. It?s terrible to believe a manager would talk to these young children in the way I just witness. Poorleadership on the manager staff and lack of attention to customer service. The teenager servicing were amazing as the mangeryelled at them they weren?t being fast enough, they were confirming my order was right and I ordered everything I wanted. Shameon the manger at the store because you could learn lesson on how to treat people from the young teenagers that work there. Itruly fear for the young teenagers that have to work under whoever management because it clearly saw a lot of lack of leadershipand common customers service to customers. 9/26/22 I pulled up at the drive-thru at 9:07 p.m. 413 Sauk Trail in Park Forest, Illinois I asked the lady that worked the... drive thru, for a cup holder because I had multiple drinks that I had to carry when I got out of my car before I gothome. She's African American with tattoos on her, she goes ahead and tells me that they don't give cup holders to customers. Ilooked at her demeanor and her attitude was very very poor and her customer service was horrible. I hope that corporate can seewhat my complaint is on here. The food was horrible, and the lady in the Drive-Thru her attitude was very poor and horrible andthis is a lady at work the night shift at Taco Bell. Ordered the crunch wrap supreme craving box and got this. The beverage machine was broken so there was no drink. Then the crunch... wrap was giving crunch in all the wrong places, but surprisingly was flimsy like it was sitting for awhile and got soggy.Because I hadn?t eaten all day, I decided to cut it in half and try to salvage what I could. The other half in a plastic bagtagged 8/8/22 just in case I fall ill and need it to be checked. Do not come here. This is a suppose to be a business, anestablishment. Got home and attempted to eat the Taco Supreme tacos I ordered. The first taco was extremely "bitter". Tried a 2nd one and it... tasted the same. I ended up tossing all three. The lettuce was very limp and a relative told me the bitterness is due to thelettuce being bad. Tried to eat something sweet to get rid of the bitterness but still here as I'm typing. The amount I spentand the quality of the food was not worth the trip. Will not visit this location again. Read more

What can I say it's Taco Bell. It's cheap, not as bad tasting as other Taco Bells & it fills your belly. They throw in a bunch... of sauce in the bag which for me pretty much goes right in the garbage. The new cantina crispy melt's shell was shattered intopieces so it was a mess. Try the cinnabon delights! They know how to make them just right! Read more
