Order from here every couple of weeks. Today must have been an off day. Food was blah. Fried rice had zero flavor. Crab Rangoon... ???? where's the crab meat?? Egg rolls were nothing but a fried wanton wrapper. My black pepper chicken was so overcooked.Threw it away! Read more
Customer service was fine and quick for picking up. The food itself was a bit of a disappointment the sweet and sour chicken... wasn't crispy at all, the sauce tasted like plastic, the lo mein noodles had practically no lo mein sauce, the rice wastasteless (chicken fried), and then the egg rolls tasted like they've been sitting there for a day or 2. Let me start by saying, customer service 10 out of 10. I ordered online, which was extremely easy. They have so many options and... ways to customize. Quality was awesome for the entrees. The only thing I wish was better was the crab Rangoon. It's all creamcheese, no crab. It's also not a sweet crab rangoon, if that was what you were looking for. Portions were great both for lunchand dinner. Speed was amazing. I highly recommend if you are looking for some pretty decent Chinese in the area. Food is wonderful. Delivery is efficient. Drivers are friendly. Jeff you need to learn some phone manners. I have called in... at least 3 times and felt more like an inconveniece to you than a customer supporting your business when ordering. Read more
