When she came out with what appeared to be a small. I told her I ordered a large. Shestated I asked if everything on the screen was correct. I told her I read exactly how it is said to me via text message. Shestated I will do it this one time but never again. What you said to me I put on the screen. When asking for a manager she statedshe is the manager. I stated I want to speak to someone else that is not you. I have been going to Sonic forever and aday. Park hills sonic is amazing. Always quick service, friendly staff with a huge selection of shakes, drinks and food to pick from.... Never have I not seen the staff be anything but willing, quick and always smiling. I love you can buy bags of ice there andhappy hour is 24 hours if u have the app! Read more
It was a bit faster once I got to place my order because only one of the two outside eating ordering station's was working for... like the past 9months I mean come on really I think sonic can afford to get it fixed. I know this sounds trivial but being a 18wheel truck driver time is very important simply for the fact there's not much parking and you can get by parking on the side ofstreet for a few minutes. They just need to get everything in working order as it should be it's bad for business. Read more
I used to give this place a 4 star review. But after a few of my last visits & having nasty gunk in my bags of ice that I have... no clue what it is, I am changing my review rating down to 1 star. That's just disgusting. Not to mention, they also don't seemto want to follow their own posted hours of operation & like to close early most nights. Read more
