Great place to stop in when in the area. Good food, friendly service.
The play area is CLOSED ???? Don't bother stopping here if you have kids that want some where to play on a long road trip.
Placed an online order to pickup at drive thru to get my family breakfast. Got home realized 2 breakfast sandwiches weren't in... the bag. Went back up and they apologized and got the 2 missing sandwiches. But the biscuit part of all sandwiches on the orderseemed raw and doughy so really wasnt that tasty. The kids and I didn't feel too well afterwards. Typically I haven't had manyissues with bk tho. I do enjoy the fries ???? hopefully next time its fully cooked and taste better. Read more
I'm usually not a big BK fan, but the Bacon Cheese Whopper meal I had today at the Park Rapids location was pretty darn... delicious. Add to that a raspberry ginger ale from the super fancy Coke machine in the lobby and I am one happy dude. Fries werehot and the Whopper came out as ordered without nasty tomatoes. I'd come back. Lunchtime drive thru lines where long. Felt like they where understaffed for a lunch rush. Sat at the drive through for longer... than expected even with it being lunchtime before they even asked us what we wanted to order. Guy at the window was pleasantand helpful. Seemed like he was doing his best. Just felt like the location was not prepared for lunch time rush. Always have todouble check we got everything. Drive through middle screen has been busted for a long time and damage to the left screen forthe left side drive thru. Read more
Signs are broken, we placed an online order and they're way understaffed. Took way too long to get our food. And double check... your order because it's a hit or miss with them being busy and getting your food together. Read more
Most Burger Kings are OK, but this one is pretty great. My food was cooked just the way I wanted and quickly, and the staff were... very nice. The new design is fantastic and doesn't try to overcomplicate the looks or try to look fancy. The touch screens toorder food, as with the app, is easy to use and super convenient. Read more
The staff here is awesome! Always working their best to get the food out fast, and my order is always right!
