It said on the website you were open until 7:00pm on Friday night 9/9/2022. I got up to the counter at 5:51pm the gal said you... were closed. Caribou coffee in Park Rapids is so frustrating, sometimes it?s great, often it?s not. Today the service was slow, servers were... rude and not helpful, they refused to add a shot of espresso to one of my drinks and charged me twice as much today as for thesame order yesterday at the same time. They made 5 other orders that came after me before making mine. When I pointed this outas well as the overcharge the server just shrugged. The gals and I from work order here a lot and we are fed up. The competitiongets our business from now on. We always get better, more consistent service at Cup of Joes or Espresso 34! Read more

Pros: conveniently located inside the local grocery store, has seating available, drinks are decent. Cons: not a lot of variety... in the menu, hours are subject to change due to staffing issues (so you never know 100% that they'll be open), it's right by theexit for the grocery store so you have to be on alert for carts if you're in a longer line.
