Zero Stars. Food was disgusting. Tables were filthy and covered in dirty dishes and food. Staff refused to clean us a table.... Staff refused to make anything fresh. Staff refused to refund our money. Staff was very rude. We took concerns to staff and wasbasically told to f..k off. We left without eating and went elsewhere. Absolutely terrible. All the food was hours old, they blamed it on "almost being out". Staff was cussing and dropping F bombs... while cleaning tables, with other staff joining it. All the soda was flat. Overall it was a terrible dine in experience and willnot return. Read more

This place is actually really good. The atmosphere is maybe not what you?re used to if you come from a big city, but this is... park rapids. It?s a bowling alley turned into a pizza ranch, and the food is very good. We have been to pizza ranches where thefood isn?t filled and it?s just cold and gross. For the short time we were at this restaurant the people were steadily arrivingand the food was hot and filled! People rating this place poorly might be only looking at the building. We stop at the PR in PR on our way to camp for years. Always try to give them a heads up for number and time we'll arrive and... they are always ready with plenty of choices on the buffet. One of my favorite places. Read more
As soon as I walked in, I was instantly horrified. It looked like a scene from a horror movie. The salad bar was disgustingly... messy and there was barely any lettuce. There were maybe two types of pizza, no ice cream, and everything was lukewarm. Thepasta was over cooked and floating in water, as were the green beans. The buffet was fifteen dollars for cold pizza and justabout no other options. Everything tasted like it had been left out since last Tuesday. The busboy couldn?t have been older thannine and there was garish music playing the whole time. The ambiance was awful, there were no servers, and it felt like a feverdream. I wish I could?ve politely excused myself before having to go through that. I would?ve rather eaten crumbs off the floorat a different restaurant than eaten here. I have never had a worse restaurant experience. I left unsatisfied and horrifiedafter feeling like I had just eaten in the Twilight Zone. Read more
Went to Pizza Ranch to eat and go Bowling. Arrived at 2pm. We were told the bowling alley didn't open until 5 so we ate lunch... and hung around the area. Went in to get a lane saved at 4.45. All lanes were open and full. Will not be returning. I willdefinitely not reccomend this place to anyone. Read more
This place is filthy dirty dust on the napkin holder that did not budge when we swipped our finger on it. And the bottom of our... plates were crusty. There's a nasty smell by the cash register when u first come in to pay. Read more
