Absolute garbage! You think after sitting at a hospital all day getting hungry and not wanting to eat in the cafeteria anything... would taste good. Somebody got me the chicken sandwich, it was the most disgusting chicken sandwich I ever ate. Dry tastelessand after a couple of bites and getting pieces of bone in my mouth I just spit it out and threw the thing in the garbage whereit belongs.... I would never eat here again or any of their food under any circumstances. The person that ordered it for me hadordered a side of spinach and threw it out after a couple of bites. Stay away. Absolutely horrible, the rotisserie nuggets and dill potatoes were so bland and super small portions, definitely didnt look or... sound like anything it said on their menu. When the driver showed up i made them wait because i thought something was missing.But to my surprise, everything was there. I cant stress enough how small the portions are. Im not sure who that order issupposed to feed. Chicken was bland and soggy, and the potatoes were bland and under cooked. Im trying to stay away from breadand fried foods due to health issue and this was a big disappointment. Read more

100% trash. I tried the new rotisserie nuggets and they look nothing like the advertisement. They looked like boiled chicken.... The spicy ones have the most disgusting flavor. The corn tasted like rubber, the potatoes had formed a hard crust from beingexposed to the air for so long. The only good thing was the cornbread and the broccoli. Not even edible food. Threw 95% of itaway. Better just go to McDonald's. Read more
It's hard to find Boston Market, but was so happy to find one near ne in Park Ridge. Has a HUGE family emergency, I had just... rushed my father in to Resurrection Hospital while he was having a heart attack, stayed with him til the next day, tired,exhausted, I was just thrilled to find a Boston Market. I went in, ordered some things & I was waiting for the mashed potatoesto be freshly replaced, but I was in a bit of a hurry, so they didn't get a chance to include it, I called the next day, & thegirl, (Jocelyn,) was so happy when I called & said, "Yes! I remember you were here, I ran out to the parking lot, looking foryour car, but you had just left. And I sincerely apologize for this!" She was so Happy to fix what was my mistake, and I've beenback there many times, I absolutely Love the staff, and oh my yum! The food, awesome! Thank you, Kindly Jocelyn, for yourkindness, when my world was falling apart, scared about my father's condition & you had been kind to listen & happily fixed thesituation. I was very disappointed with my service. The girl at the register was friendly. The two women in the back we talking rudely . It... look like they were upset because I asked them to cut my meatloaf, all the sides looked completely dry. I won?t never be cominghere again disappointment with food and the service. The cashiers was nice , but the other two ladies were not. Don?t work inCustomer Service if you can?t even say hello to a customer horrible service at this location the food sucked. The ladies werebitter/ awful I can?t stress that part enough . Save your money go somewhere else. The food is dry and overpriced. Sorry, Bostonmarket.
