Always loved this store! My mom worked/managed the original PR store back when it opened in the early 90?s. When we come back to... town after moving out of state 15 years ago this is always a MUST for our coffee! The only issue we recently noticed was theremoval of tables to sit at. I know during the pandemic this was necessary for ?social distancing?, however there?s still notables or chairs to sit and have coffee. What?s up with THAT? Read more
I have gone to this Dunkin since I was extremely little, and the staff still remember me by name. They always make my orders... with love and care. The staff that work here are incredibly kind and warm to all customers. On top of all this, they areextremely hardworking! Call me biased, but I've worked two barista jobs and it is extremely stressful and anxiety-inducing work.So, treat your baristas (especially ones as great as Park Ridge Dunkin's!) with patience and kindness! Do not come here! There?s this employee she?s slender, Hispanic woman with short hair is one of the most disrespectful people... I?ve ever met. She verbally attacked me and made me feel unwanted in the store. I will no longer buy anything from that Dunkin. Read more
Love the convenience and quality of the food. Having ice cream, ice cream cake, and doughnuts at your finger tips is a huge... bonus. Only disappointment is the fact this location used to be 24 hours and now close at 10pm. Read more
I stopped at Dunkin Donuts in Park Ridge tonight, Oct 21, 2021. I was the only customer. There were two employees behind the... counter. Neither acknowledged my presence for over 4 minutes. A simple ?hello? would have been welcome. One continued tosweep and the other was less than 3 feet away from me. Neither bothered to acknowledge that there was a customer. This is thesecond time this has happened and will be my last visit to Dunkin Donuts. I realize losing one customer is meaningless but Ican?t help but wonder how many others have been completely ignored? A simple nod or hello was all that was required. Read more
