First time @ Pop Empanada - The food is excellent!! Bright clear restaurant with really great and interesting art. Super... friendly staff, willing to answer any of my questions. Excellent supper club presented by owner Tommy and chef Chris in a local empanada shop. These fun and outgoing guys have put... together something fresh and original in northern Bergen county. High end, fresh and flavorful ingredients brought togetherwith love and creativity to delight your taste buds. Don't really know any restaurants that change their menu as often as thisplace does while maintaining the same level of excellence. I wish you guys luck and look forward to dining with you again. Got the chicken sandwich and 2 spinach & cheese empanadas. Empanadas were pretty good, but the sandwich stole the show. That... thing is not for the feint of heart. It wouldn't surprise me if they fit the whole damn chicken on there. Got so full I couldn'tfinish the empanadas. Sandwich is juicy, tender, extra crispy and has a nice mildly spicy honey flavor if you're into that. Iknow I was, def come try it! Read more
The owners/staff were friendly and welcoming with a super clean place. The empanads are not pre-made, they are made to order... fresh. The smoked beef brisket was full of delicious smokey meat. The fried crust was light and not oily at all. I woulddefinitely go back. ???????? Read more

Excellent empanadas! The store front is trendy and modern and the food features both traditional and modern fusion flavors! We... had to try several on the menu and they were ALL great. The portion size was just right where the filling was satisfying but thedough remained nice and crispy. Will be back and highly reccomend. Read more
