Came in here Labor Day and of course it was packed. I was concerned it was going to take a long time to get my family of 4's... order. However, I placed my order at the kiosk and they had my order out within 5 minutes! There was probably about 15 differentgroups waiting for food, but this place was hustling! I was very impressed! They asked me to pull forward in the Drive-Thru didn't have what I wanted but definitely made up for it.. good customer service
Never had a problem with this place. Besides running out of items. Tonight was the worst. Waited almost 10 minutes at the drive... thru speaker. Other driver?s order was taken and drove up first. Line behind me build. I drove forward. 1st window closed.Second window, I was ignored. Finally ordered and received my food. Fries were placed upside down. Drink had no ice. Got Coke,not Dr. Pepper. We went there on a Thursday around 2:00 pm. There were 2 cars in the parking lot and it looked like we were the only ones at the... drive through but the told us to pull forward and around the corner and they would bring it out to us. When we pulled around thecorner there were two cars ahead of us. After waiting 10 minutes the first car finally got thier order, the second got thierorder shortly after that but we ended up waiting another 10 minutes before we got our order of a two cheeseburger meal and aquarter pounder meal. The burgers were burt on the edges and Luke warm. The fries had been cooked to long and then left to sit.Avoid this McDonald's!!! Read more
Pretty bad really, dirty, flys and that Big Mac was downright disgusting. The one girl that took my order was really nice but... the rest of the crew was noisy and busy clowning around. Read more
Received this " lucky " nugget on Valentine's Day and was very welcomed by the professional and courteous staff at this... McDonald's. I've ordered online in the past and never had any problems with my orders and the food was always delivered hot andfresh and in a very timely manner. They also have an excellent assortment of freshly baked pastries, cinnamon rolls/muffins,etc. for dessert or to go with their fresh brewed teas and coffees. A must stop for a quick brunch if you're in town. Also,masks ARE REQUIRED to enter this establishment and there are hand sanitizers available inside for customer use and the tablesand other areas are promptly sanitized after and in between customers. They also offer separate bathrooms for Men and Women. Read more
The staff obviously doesn?t have pride in their work and the manager doesn?t check for quality control. How hard is it to make... a sandwich properly and make it look appealing? This is exactly why I wouldn?t support a $15 wage. Read more
