Reviews for Casa Mariachi in Parker, CO

Casa Mariachi is a pretty good Mexican restraint but not as good as we were expecting based on other reviews. Started with their... chunky, slightly spicy, fresh salsa, which was very good. And then I always like to sample a tamale to benchmark and theirs wasa little dry but still mostly good. The fried Relleno was decent but a little soft/soggy, and the enchiladas were disappointingas well. Mariachi is an above-average place that looks like they have gotten comfortable in its ways and in doing so probablylost a little bit of what made it once great. We won't be rushing back and sometime might try it again to see if they haveimproved. Aug 2022 Read more

One of the servers literally ran out to my car today to hand-deliver my to-go box that I had forgotten on my table. Their... customer service is always 5 stars and extremely inviting! The owner Arturo is very hospitable and warm and I feel ?en casa? (athome) every time I visit. Highly recommend!!!! Read more

The staff is so welcoming! We visit about once a month and are remembered and always well taken care of. We are very fond of the... Gran Dobel Margarita, 1 is more than enough. By the time it's time to order I usually like something lighter and get thetortilla soup. The garnishments make the soup and I have some to take home and enjoy later. Read more

Friendly, attentive wait staff and good food. A little too much lettuce on my burrito. The house salsa is really good and they... have a habanero salsa option but it was barely as spicy as the house salsa. They also offer a bean dip to go along with thesalsa and chips. The place is accessible, my mother-in-law gets around with a cane or walker and she didn't have any problem. The usual price for a sit-down Mexican restaurant. Large selection, especially margaritas. The chips were really good, theyhave some body and were perfect as far as I'm concerned. Read more

When a restaurant is as busy in the middle of the day on a Sunday as this one was today, it's a sure sign the food is good -... which it was! Enjoyed the experience of eating here for the first time and plan to come back again in the future when I comeback down to Parker. Read more

Went to Casa Mariachi to celebrate my father who had passed away a few weeks prior. Mexican food was his favorite and this place... comes as close as can be to a place we used to go to all the time back in California. We were seated right away. Chips and salsaare great and we love that they add the beans with it. Chips are nice and warm. I had a strawberry margarita which was good butfelt a little weak and didn't come in a traditional glass. Nothing major. My wife got the chicken taquitos which she loves.Extra crispy and nicely seasoned chicken inside. I asked the server what was there signature dish and he pointed me towards theMolcajete(also one of the most expensive things on the menu so I don't know if he was just trying to up the bill or not) Thisthing is huge! It comes in a giant clay pot and has strips of grilled chicken and steak on it and vegetables and chorizounderneath. Rice and beans on the side with tortillas to make a little wrap with it. Really good flavor but the meat was sothin. Overall really good experience. Read more
