Amazing! First time here. Chips and beans and salsa set the tone. Followed by a green Chile smothered chimichanga and the lady... had the veggie enchiladas. Super fresh, flavorful, kind staff, and nice environment all at reasonable prices. So happy to havethis place in Parker and looking forward to many more meals here. Read more

Our second visit to Casa Mata was even better than the first. We love it when the chips, fresh salsa and cheese covered bean dip... arrive at our table as soon as we are seated. Last time we had Chicken Mole and Chicken Fajitas. So good! Today we had ChickenCarnitas and the Stir Fry Chicken (both of us requested all rice/no beans/no sour cream). The Carnitas had an oh-so-perfectsauce and the stir fry was super fresh tasting. The waitress apologized for serving our margaritas in large drink glasses, butwe were excited and definitely not complaining because it was a super generous pour and a great drink! Check out the pictures! These are generous lunch portions. Uber clean restaurant, friendly staff, great food and drinks! Read more

Very clean and friendly staff. Their chicken tasted very fresh and I enjoyed my enchiladas. My husband had the queso burrito and... said it was \"yummy\". I like more chunky salsa but the chips were Crispy and tasty. Rice was a bit overcooked. Will definitelybe back though. Really enjoyed it! Read more

Very good.\n\nChips are fresh. Complementary Bean Dip comes with melted cheese and a hint of green chili. Complementary salsa is... ON POINT with the fresh cilantro and tomatoes.\n\nYou get the sense the staff are good people. They are flexible and want you toenjoy yourself.\n\nProper French Fries but they could have spent a tad more time in the frier. Im pretty sure there is limejuice in the ranch dip…YEAH!\n\nBack to the Bean Dip…please don’t be shy about filling your chip up each time…maybe justask for more.\n\nTime to unrequested water refill…5 minutes.\n\nDiablo Wings are both super crispy but the sauce is spicy, delicious, without being overbearing. The wings with the broken bones were not fun. The meat was juicy and pulled right off thebone.\n\nAnd now…the reason this place gets five stars instead of four…The Shrimp Soup. Wait for it to cool! Think Pho withSaladitas instead of noodles. Came out Piping hot. I only delayed eating it because it was so darn aromatic. Yes that’s awhole carrot in the photo. I asked for Tapatío. Didn’t need it. I’m pretty sure there is fracking Saffron in thesoup!!!!!!!\n\n…Come at least once for the Shrimp Soup…I literally sat in my booth and waited for my stomach to get unfullso I could finish the leftover broth.\n\nAfterword: “El Abuelo” because one of the brothers carries that nickname. He’snot that old…but he does look that old ;)\n\nP.S. That soup broth, cold, as a base for a Bloody Mary mix…look out! Read more

I personally wasn\'t very impressed with this restaurant. The drinks were very sugary to the point where I couldn\'t finish mine... and the food was pretty typical. Read more
