I used to love Chipotle, but don't think I can ever eat there again as I got food poisoning from the new Chicken AL Pastor. I... can't prove it but it was the only thing I ate that day. Update: well run, no long line, they quickly take your order and get you through to pay and get on your way. Burrito portion is... good size but small chips is pretty small, get regular. Costs have definitely gone up, but food is good. Will return to thisChipotle. Nice new restaurant. Good location with a nice patio when there's warm weather. Service was quick, wasn't too busywhen we arrived. Tried the new Garlic Guajillo steak that's available at CO locations in my burrito bowl, it was fatty and chewythough, not what I expected. I wouldn't order it again, and why I gave 4 stars, not the best Chipotle meal this time. Read more

This is not the first time. At the pick up window, asked the girl for some cilantro on the side. She says ?we running really low... on everything and I don?t have any cilantro cut. Pulled to the parking lot and 1 out of 3 orders is missing. Went inside to getmissing food - sure enough plenty of fresh cilantro? Read more

Got there right around 10, was getting ready for a baby ???? in the hospital down the road. you can tell they must have just... gotten past a rush. The lady that put together haphazardly felt like she was shorting the order just to get it done quickly. Butonce we sat down to eat the rice was either, undercooked. Or sat out long enough to get hard. Not my first bad experience justthe most recent. Doesn't stop me from enjoying chipotle later. This day just missed the mark. Read more

This was our 2nd attempt at this location after being less than impressed by our first visit several months ago. Tried to give... them the benefit of the doubt but nonetheless were left disappointed again. Just poor quality overall. We ordered 2 burritos.They both were wrapped terribly and fell apart as soon as we opened the foil. The tortillas were dry and stale (steamed for afraction of the time they normally steam for) which probably contributed to the terrible wrap job. My steak was chewy and fullof gristle. I thought I got shorted on my portion of steak but after picking 4 pieces of chewy gristley steak out while I waschewing i was glad I didn't get more of it. The rice was underdone and crunchy and even though I got Pico, red, and greensalsa, my burrito was drier than the Sahara desert. Guess that's what we get when we don't take the upcharge for queso or guac.The black beans were the sole highlight of this meal. the shredded cheese was good too. I thought going at 530 would be a goodtime to get freshly cooked ingredients, but it seemed like everything had been sitting out for awhile. Terrible food! Chipotle continues to go down hill, which is a drag because when it started it was fabulous! This is the 2nd time... I have been to location in Parker on Cottonwood. The service is slow, the staff is barely paying attention and WILL NOT evenmake eye contact and is so ANTI customer service!!!!! Now on to the terrible food?The white rice is AGAIN crunchy (partiallyundercooked), the chicken El Pastor tastes like it was soaked in vinegar and the pinto beans are flavorless but at least cookedall the way. This chicken bowl it is absolutely awful and barely edible?.only edible because the corn salsa and cheese arebetter than anything underneath. I won?t be eating at Chipotle anymore?..what a big waste of both time and money!!!!!! Read more

Not one to complain too much about fast food, but just had a terrible experience here. All of the staff except the male... cashier. Ordered two veggie bowls...brown rice was "break my teeth" crunchy, only got 3 strips of sad, cold veggies, and theyneglected the beans. Chips were cold and stale. When I asked for a refund, the manager agreed promptly, but didn't care thatthe food wasn't cooked. Probably won't get better anytime soon. ??????? Read more

I usually have great experiences here. Tonight stood out and dislike to have review on such a negative experience. When asking... for extra on rice the lady seemed overly rushed, I forgot the peppers and she said quickly/shortly "do you need anything elsefrom over here?" then under her breath said "good luck" a bit rudely to the next to takeover on the line and quickly walkedaway. I was just shocked, even responded to the next person "she should be fired." I asked the young guy what her name was thenfor the manager, he then said that is her, Angelica/Angela. I'm surprised that such low social emotional intelligent people arepromoted to supervisory positions. Her poor coworkers probably get exposed to her negativity and what does that do for workmoral...people quit and retention rates suck, and management has more work to do. I can understand she probably was stressedand I was that last person of the dinner rush and I got the emotional displacement. Not appropriate! I've worked fast food andretail and you never displace your emotions when customers are just asking for "extra", its not a big deal! This employee needssome coaching, retraining or even demote them to not stress your team out. Good luck. Read more
