I've been ordering from this Domino's location for 10 years. The service and quality has declined significantly over the past 6... months. They constantly get my delivery order incorrect. Today they showed up with a cold burnt pizza 1 hour after I orderedand forgot my diet cokes (2 - 20 oz bottles) that were ordered. I mentioned to the driver this was the second time they haveforgotten my beverages. The driver said she would come right back with the diet cokes, but she never showed up. I called thestore and requested a refund, but Jameson refused to refund me for the diet cokes because he said it was too difficult on hisend and said he'll get the soda to me when he can. It's already been nearly 2 hours since my original order. Guess, I'll bewaiting several hours and doubt they'll actually show up with the soda. Terrible and flippant customer service, especially whenI'm spending $50 for a 10 inch gluten free pizza. Read more
A big ZERO!!!!!! I placed an order over an hour ago. I called and young male team member stated that it would be another 35 min.... He said there are bigger orders than yours! I was mad and I told him to cancel my order then he hung up while requested to speakwith manager. Amber ( manager) super rude does not know how to talk to customers ? did not care nor did she apologized! Worse customer service ever!!!!! They told me my order will be delivered within an hour, guess what almost 2 hours has passed... out and I haven?t Received what I paid for. I called them and on top of that they were giving me attitude, hung up on my twiceand they don?t want to refund my money. Don?t order from this place they are very rude and careless about customers. Ordered several pasta dishes from this location. Food was hot enough and they made it quickly. However, I have never seen a... dominos so stingy with meat toppings. Baked ziti had maybe 4 small pieces of sausage on it and the chicken Alfredo had 4 smallpieces of chicken for the entire dish. I?ve eaten at a lot of dominos over the years and this was BY FAR the stingiest I?veever seen with toppings. If it?s a cost saving measure they might want to rethink that or lose business. This dominos gets bad reviews, but if you like dominos, I don?t see why. We order from them all the time, the delivery time is... fairly accurate, the drivers have the tracker, they are always the nicest, and the food always meets the standard. If they area little late or something they usually compensate with a free pizza. Read more
Today?s order was in Preparation status for 25 minutes. I understand there is a line but when you see the order is getting... prepared you are expecting to be actually in process. While I was inside, two employees were working super slowly. No wonder whyit took a total a 40 minutes since the pizza was in preparation status to be ready. Employees are always kind, but one time Isaw someone pressing the delivered status while the pizza was sitting in the shelf, another time an employee with some sort ofinfection or allergy on his hands and wrists was preparing the crust (hand tossed) without any gloves (nasty), today an employeewas having a pizza in a box on a shelf where the ready pizza are, open the box, ate a piece, and without washing his hands stillchewing went back hand tossing the crusts. I think this location needs a serious refresh regarding hygiene on work place. Morethan once I witnessed nasty behaviors. Starting considering going some other places, where time estimation is actually accurateand where hygiene seems being better despite higher prices. Something to think about. I have never had such terrible customer service. We ordered for delivery online. Waited well over an hour (when it said it would... be 35 minute). Checked the tracker which said the order was completed - which we didn't receive. When we called to let them knowabout the issue there was no apology, no acknowledgement that it was a problem, just "well we can refund, give you credit, orremake it" awesome 10 starving people now get pizza 2 hours late for the same price. SMH guess we will be customers of PizzaHut. Too bad for them we order pizza EVERY Friday. Read more
