What a garbage Domino's location! Delivery times are just outrageous, delivery fees are now 6.29(FOR WHAT?!), no deliveries... under 20.00 and just poor customer service. Wish this one would close so we could be served from the good Domino's location inParker. Loyal Domino's customer for YEARS and this location made it clear, Papa John's will be our go to from now on. Last pizza we?ll order from this location. I could count on one hand the pieces of sausage and green pepper on the pizza.... Unbelievably bad. Whoever is trining your staff needs to find a new job. 1 star is too many. Read more

If I could 0 stars I would. They messed up my order. I ordered a pizza with Alfredo sauce because I have a tomato allergy and... they put tomato on it. Then when I asked to remake due to the allergy. Robert the manager refused to do so. 0/10 do notrecommend. Read more

Honestly the service here has been awful. Orders take unusually long to get here when doing delivery, they consistently cancel... orders, and they always say there closed sometimes when there still many hours before they actually close. It?s clearly just abunch of kids who work here who clearly don?t even try to put any effort in. Update: I honestly have to update this reviewbecause I don?t understand how this place is in business. I ordered one large pizza and it was taking over an hour to make. WhenI called the store, the employee the answered his phone didn?t really sound like he cared and gave some attitude. Dominos youreally need to make some changes whether you get new management or shut it down. Read more

This is the worst dominos I've ever tried to order from. At first I was very forgiving because pizzas would take hours to be... delivered. However they have been opened and should have been able to work out the kinks by now. This is the only dominos thathas consistently taken at min 2 to 3 hours to get 2 medium pizzas. This is completely outrageous and ridiculous on all levels.Even pick up takes for ever to get a pizza. How is this the only dominos that takes this long I'll never understand. Each timethis happens I get the same answer of an order came in before you and they ordered 30 to 40 pizza that's why your order isdelayed. Okay cool one time happening I get it but I'm constantly hearing this information whenever I try to order a pizza. Thisdominos is so awful I would actually drive to another dominoz in another town and get it faster then they would deliver. Read more

I have had nothing but a pleasant experience with the staff and the food has always been good, however the timing for this... location is off. I've had 2 out of 2 experiences where they missed the mark. 1. I ordered a day ahead for about 10 pizzas tobe ready by 5pm. As I saw zero progress via text or the app I called about 15 minutes before 5, and they were just prepping. Iarrived at 5:05 and waited until almost 5:20 to get them. 2. Ordered for delivery at 4:55. Estimate was 5:25. At 5:30 with noupdate, I called. They said 45 minutes plus for delivery. I said I'd pickup instead. They said the pizza was going into theoven. I live about 10 minutes away. I arrived 11 minutes later, somehow still in the oven. I got my pizza at 5:50pm. Positivewas they did correct the price for pickup and again very good customer service. Read more

I order from dominos carry out pretty much every day. I was first using the one and only dominos that was in Parker and they... were not able to get my order right ever. I can?t have the garlic butter on my crust, but they never seemed to read that Ialways had to wait for a remake with no apology. Since this new store in stroh ranch opened up my pizza order has hardly everbeen wrong and if it is I get a heart felt apology and it?s fixed quickly. Everyone please give this new store a try. I knowdelivery times are sometimes long but that?s bound to happen when an area that hasn?t had delivery options for their area beforefinally gets it. Thanks Dominos Stroh Ranch team!!! Read more

Absolutely pathetic experience. Store manager Robert made one UNHAPPY customer with the way I was just treated. DO NOT GIVE THIS... DOMINO?S BRANCH YOUR MONEY. I ordered my food at 5:53pm and was aware of slow conditions tonight due to weather, which is whythey estimated over an hour for delivery. I called 1.5 hours after I placed my order, and was told the order was ready to go,and would be here in 30 mins or less (7:45pm ETA now). I said thank you and waited until 8:10pm to call back in and see wheremy food was. The store employee told me it was out with a driver, and I requested my tip and delivery charge be refunded for thenow 2hr order time (still willing to pay for my food). Robert could be heard in the background shouting that ?If that guy wantsmoney back he has to cancel the order! No money back otherwise!? I then requested to speak to Robert as he interfered with twostore employees trying to help me. Robert actually informed me that my pizza had JUST BEEN MADE (completely contradicting thehour earlier conversation), and said my order had already been cancelled (not something I had requested at all). He argued withme, a now almost 3 hour delivery window customer STILL WILLING TO PAY FOR MY FOOD, that they couldn?t refund the delivery chargeas they were still ?providing that service?. Horrible experience, embarrassing customer care, and what a child of a storemanager. Domino?s should be ashamed. Read more
