Online order. Walked in. Got yelled at because I had asked for black pepper on both my orders. Employee said ?Did you see it on... the menu? I get asked to put black pepper on at least 15 orders a day.? I said that?s ok. If you don?t have it. Employeeproceeded to through my order together. I had asked for mustard and Mayo. But got a whole bottle of mustard and a splash ofMayo. It?s ok. We won?t be back. Evidently no idea how to make food so people like it. Live a learn who wants our money and whodoesn?t. Read more
Service is incredibly slow always due to handling online orders over customers in the store. Won?t be coming back here.
Food was good; however the customer service was horrible. I was laughed at uncontrollably for the way I ordered my sandwich.... Then as I was leaving, was mocked by a second employee joining in with the first. Really? Being ridiculed for choosing sandwichtoppings? I vow to never spend another dollar at this location. Very disappointing and it's happened before. I walk in, literally the only... customer and at least 4 employees. They decide its appropriate to let me stand there for 10 minutes before helping me to preparea take out order. Someone needs to teach these kids you should always help the customer in front of you.
