Online order. Walked in. Got yelled at because I had asked for black pepper on both my orders. Employee said ?Did you see it on... the menu? I get asked to put black pepper on at least 15 orders a day.? I said that?s ok. If you don?t have it. Employeeproceeded to through my order together. I had asked for mustard and Mayo. I vow to never spend another dollar at this location. Very disappointing and it's happened before. I walk in, literally the only... customer and at least 4 employees. They decide its appropriate to let me stand there for 10 minutes before helping me to preparea take out order. Someone needs to teach these kids you should always help the customer in front of you. This location is terrible!! I love Jersey Mike?s and I go all the time but I hate this location, two times in one month I have... gone in there about 730, 8 PM and they tell me that they?re closing early because they?re OUT OF BREAD!! TWO TIMES!! How is thesandwich shop always going to be running out of bread? Either the people that are making the bread are lazy and don?t makeenough or the kids that work at night are lazy and want to close early. Either way it?s horribly run, I?ve never seen a managerin there, only kids. These teenagers are getting yelled at because there is no management taking charge above them. Do not gohere. Go to taste of Philly! They are amazing and they never run out of bread! For the second (and will be the last) time I ordered using the app. The first time I arrived 5 minutes after my pickup time and... had to wait another 20 minutes to get two basic sandwiches. After a few months I thought maybe things got better. Not at all. This time I waited 20 minutes after my pickup time to be told they could not fill the order and would issue a refund. I amstill waiting for the refund, but basically I found out that it is impossible to get food from this place. Not sure what theyare doing there, but there are lots of other places to get a sandwich. Went for dinner tonight, and was surprised by the incredibly slow service. Sandwich maker can only make 1 sandwich at a time.... And he added ingredients one family member is allergic to eating after specifically being told to avoid it. To top it off, thechildren's meal cookie was raw. Not a meal we'll repeat. Read more
