My cousin came in from WA state recently to visit his daughter and her friend who live in Denver.I hadn’t seen him in probably... 60 years. We had some great visits. One of his last nights in town, I suggested we go to Junz in Parker. His daughter and friendknow sushi better than my wife and I so we suggested they order for us. We had Spicey yellowtail, mackerel and tuna among otherswhich my wife and I had never tried before. It was very good. My cousin even tried some and he’s not a big sushi fan and heliked it as well. The freshness of their sushi is consistently good, although the fine dining feel has diminished a bit from past years.

We have been going to junz for years! The food is great but something is really off lately! The atmosphere just isn’t the... same, the waitress was very professional and kind but she was serving way to many tables and she had no support. The music wasrap and the restaurant wasn’t as clean. Best sushi in the area! The yellowtail is some of the best I’ve had in my life, and the rolls are beautifully made and oh so... tasty. The Phoenix and Cinco De Mayo were our favorites. Lunch and dinner specials gives you all the more reason to come back again and again. Thelunch udon noodle soup is a little on the small side, salads dressing taste as limp as the leaves, seaweed salad has too muchcucumber over sparse seaweed.
