Wow!! Ordered half hour before closing. Order was confirmed and charged. Pulled up the tracker 20 min later and showed order was... cancelled. No notification and when I called the store was told I don't know...we were just too busy or no one wanted to deliverit...great customer service...Never again, back to dominos I guess. Offer great items and then just choose not to deliver. Boo Read more
Took over 1.5 hours to get delivered (website said 30-40 mins when order was placed), food was cold, employee on phone was... extremely rude when we called an hour later to get an update on our order. Turns out there is only one delivery driver. Pay yourpeople a living wage and you won?t struggle keeping employees. I also requested a refund and have not received it yet. It?s been3 weeks. Read more
5:35 PM : your carryout order will be ready in 24 to 35 minutes. 6:07 PM : I arrived to get my carryout order. It's not ready... and they asked me to wait. I asked if it's in the oven, and they say it is. 6:15 PM : I noticed in the assembly station thatthey just start making my order. It was a large order with specific items, so I was sure it was mine. For the next 30 minutes Iwatch my order get made, and go into the oven cook, get boxed up and then finally hand it to me. 6:45 PM : they hand me myorder Had the employee been honest when I arrived and told me that my order had not even been made yet, I would have canceledit and walked out. One star review is not because this location was backed up. It's for the employee that straight up lied, orsimply didn't care enough to go check if my food was in fact in the oven. Read more

This was the worst order we've ever had. Food took over 1.5 hours to deliver, which wasn't the worst issue since it was Saturday... night, but food came cold nonetheless. Everything was underdone and doughy. The NY style pizza we ordered stuck to the box andtore apart when we tried to grab slices. The gluten free pizza we ordered was incorrect and missing the one topping we askedfor, pepperoni. The breadsticks had literally .001 ounces of garlic parm sauce on them and were doughy in the l middle. I paidfor extra garlic sauces and pizza sauce that weren't included in the order. Overall the worst pizza experience we've ever hadfrom any restaurant, and my expectations were already low based on last 3 or 4 orders from this location. Read more
Unprepared for a school fundraiser. Delayed 2 hours, gave order to another person, staff in sweats, AirPods in and lacking... organization. A full day of staff training and investment in work uniform may help. If this is the front I am afraid for thecleanliness in the back. Training and protocol desperately needed- yikes.
