They never have anything. They have very horrible customer service skills. They always close early please don't say short staff... becuase every time i go i see 3 to 4 people just standing doing nothing the place always looks dirty.. Read more

This Starbucks lacks basic manners. Even though they are effectively efficient in the delivery of their product, their verbal... politeness does not exist. This has been occuring weekly for about 2 months, but today was a huge eye opener. As I walked in thedoor to pick up my mobile order, I said "Good morning!" There was no response from the two gentleman behind the counter. As Ileft, I said "Thank you." Both of them looked at me and said nothing. I was THE ONLY customer in the store. This type ofrudeness doesn't go with the deliciousness of Starbucks coffee. It rather puts a damper on the taste. Average location and they didn?t have a merry Christmas or happy holidays gift cards in December! I?m not sure why I tried to... find a happy valentines or just a generic Starbucks gift card later in February there because all they have is ugly ?thank you?gift cards. Read more
