This location doesn?t take subway coupons - so you?re paying double here what you would at other locations. That right there... should be enough to wave you off given that there are 10 other places to get a sub nearby. Staff is pleasant enough. Not sure what was going on today with this location but there was an older gentleman just standing behind the line and not... helping out or even trying to make an effort to help the increasing line of people coming in. Christian was the only associateworking. This location needs to up their training efforts to better help the customers and give Christian a raise. Read more
How many times can they make a basic sandwich incorrectly?!? All I wanted was a foot long Italian bmt on herb and cheese with... American cheese and mozzarella, that's it!!!!!!!!!!!! No veggies, no sauces nothing extra or crazy. And they still couldn't makeit right. They tried 2 times and then couldn't help me because they were short staffed. Staffing is no excuse for errors. Horrible customer service. It makes it hard to order if they don't know how to communicate like adults. I had ordered online at... 5:45 for pick up at 6:15. I get there at 7:00 no order. I ask the person working if he can just make the order or refund me.Which then led into a huge debacle of I can't do anything until I email the manager to confirm I had a order which I also showedthe worker on staff. Dirty,unfriendly, the guy there said he was closed and was counting the drawer. I told him he closes at 8 right? You have 10... mins? He rolled his eyes and was slow as he possibly could be and few people came in after me and rolled his eyes more. SMH Read more
This location doesn't support the local schools, doesn't honor coupons sent out in the mail. Even rude enough to have a big old... sign stating "they take zero coupons of any kind". Take your business to the Subway at Jordan and Lincoln. They always supportthe local community and have a much cleaner establishment. Read more
friendly young man working this review does not pertain to him at all. First this location does not honor subway coupons. I was... told to go somewhere else if I wanted to use coupons. what company doesn't honor its own coupons? I ordered a foot long Italiansub meal which was sub par for $17.46 they're charging. store was dirty, trash wrappers everywhere on drink counter, bread wasover cooked and hard and chewy. drinks were out on the fountain. save your money and go somewhere else THIS PLACE SUCKS! notworth paying $10 I would rather eat wood.
