NO REFUNDS? Ordered online pick-up 2 footlongs only to arrive and store had closed early at 6:30PM with note on the door.... Assumed they'd catch this error next morning to cancel it and refund me, heard nothing. Called next afternoon and woman says shecannot refund me, to call back next day for a woman manager. Came by a few days later when in the area (I live across town) andguy on shift calls the owner (Wade, a woman) who has the employee tell me she won't refund me my $18...I can get new sandwichesor that's it. Didn't need more sandwiches, already ate dinner...just needed my $18 refund for food I never received. Guy waseven willing to pay me out of his own wallet, no way. Submitted complaint form to Subway corporate and disputed the charge to mybank. Shame on the owner for how she runs her shop based upon all the recent Google reviews. Read more

Very fresh ingredients and bread. Especially compared to the other Subway?s in Parker. I?d go out of my way to go here instead.

The subs are always tasty, and the service is fast. The tuna sub is my favorite, and this is a 'go-to' place for me.

I placed on order in the app. It debited my account, confirmed my order for pick up at a specific time (8pm) way before closing... hours listed on the app and online (9pm). When I got to the restaurant it was closed. When I went in today inquiring about theorder and how to get a refund or an explanation. The employee was extremely rude. Didn?t want to assist at all. I would havebeen fine with just a ?we?re sorry? but that was some of the worst customer service ever. Blamed me for ordering after they?veclosed. This is odd especially since it says on the door and online they are open till at least 9. They got more irate when Itried to show them the listed hours online, the app and even the dumb door in front. Again I would have been fine with a sorry,scheduling issues, power issues. They said they closed way before I ordered and it?s my fault for ordering after that eventhough it?s says they?re open tile way past that online, the app and the dumb door in front. The standards of this location has reduced a lot compared to couple of years ago.. there were 3 employees and 0 customers, and... every table except one was filthy. This location is costlier, and now they also mandate that you add a tip for your purchase.. Read more

The guy always seems like he doesn't even want to work here. Always complaining that he's tired. You have to keep repeating your... order and he still gets it wrong. Very rude and unprofessional. Read more
