Every single dag blasted time I come to this Arby's and order a milk shake the milk shake machine is down, its been down for... over a month now and it seems like these young kids that work here or whoever the store manager is just doesn't care, as I sitin drive thru all these kids are doing is gossiping and the floor is just filthy its so dirty. I ordered prime rib cheesesteak,and I got about 2 oz of meat and cheese in middle of my bun ,no peppers for 7.99 so disappointed
We were the only customers inside. Not one clean table. Behind the counter was food all over the floor and in dining area. Girls... playing on cell phones and the young man at the counter did not appear to happy to be interrupted. Condiment/drink had trashthrown on it. Very dirty place. Read more

The guy in the drive through window was rude, angry, and inconsiderate. I wasn?t greeted or thanked for coming to their... restaurant. He was yelling at another employee when I drove up and he continued to yell at this person after shutting the drivethrough window. The food was TERRIBLE! The sandwich was cold. We didn?t even get enough straws for our drinks. I wouldn?trecommend this restaurant at all. Zero stars should be an option for this type of experience. Read more
