Stood and waited to be seated or acknowledged for 10 minutes. Obviously, we all know that there is a weird shortage of those... wanting to work. I can understand that better than if a working employee standing behind the counter looking at me, without anacknowledgment at minimum, then there?s more happening at this location than just a employee shortage. So I would not recommend going to this Bob Evans. We were there this morning. My pancakes were served cold and I was hoping that... was going to be the worst of it but NOPE. My boyfriend was given a free hair with purchase. When it was brought to the waiter'sattention he was very kind, apologized, and took care of the bill. The manager, Michelle, didn't even bother to come to thetable or say anything to us. As we were leaving my boyfriend made sure to tell her he was the customer who got the hair in hisfood. She glanced up for two seconds, half-heartedly said "Oh ok. Yeah. Sorry. Come back and see us soon.", and continued doingwhat she was doing. Very poor manager in my opinion. In this crazy world right now, Bob Evans came through. Our waitress was awesome. She had a very prompt service, and went the... extra mile to get me an off menu entree. To Brandy, Our wonderful waitress, thank you immensely. Our first experience in WestVirginia was great. You were super accommodating. To the Cook: Loved the Impromptu Hollandaise sauce. Horrible. Got the Rise and Shine burger. Hashbrowns undercooked, bacon blubbery, egg overcooked. Paid extra for loaded fries -... definitely not loaded and hardly any there as well. Paid $11.50 for these chicken tenders and fries!!! I've had better atMcCheapo for a lot less. Side salad was definitely small and had to be put with a regular salad just to make a meal. Not tomention the forgotten food that the manager didn't care about. Poor service, poor quality - going out of business. Read more
Loved our server food was great the roast beef dip to die for. However my husband ordered the salad that has the diced chicken... on it he asked for double chicken and there was barely any on there. That was the only flaw as always the tea was excellent Read more
