Not good service asked for a plan Chicken sandwich and got mayonnaise and pickles
Went through drive threw and didn't check food before leaving got home and wrong stuff
Good food, fast service and very polite employees. Lobby was very clean.
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. When I got it, it was pretty cold and bread was stale. Asked for a warm version of the S.C.,... then received it's older clone brother. Which somehow had the added flavor of being "Nuked" and then packed into the ice whilethere was a hockey tournament played on it, removed and then on to me. NOT GOOD! Not to mention leaving my bag near the door,while I'm sitting near the door in the "Empty Chicken Hole." Able to see if any other customers had entered the "Hole." Thenwhen I go to leave my bag is not there and nobody has seen it yet nobody was there except the store employees. But thank heavensit was only a couple hundred dollars worth of stuff! DON'T ENTER THE "Hole" unless your an "Actual Hockey Rock Biter" that wantsyour s#!& Stolen and lied to about it! Ty I'll be here all week! Read more

Long day stopped in kfc to get dinner ? $27.05 later the girl hands me my bag FULL of my food just crammed in there i live 35... minutes away by the time i get home bottom of the box gad busted , tenders all over the plastic bag , gravy sloshed everywhere.I work hard for my money and expect to get more out of 27 dollars. I too work in food and know things can be stressful andtiring but there is no sense in laziness of not even putting the food in the bag properly!! Read more
Cons: They gave me someone elses order. I showed her the receipt. She brought me another box. Still wasn't the correct order. I... told her I ordered a large mac and cheese and she brought me a big box of wedges. I got a cup of mashed potatoes and gravy Ididnt even order. I ordered a meal for two and I got one meal and a bunch of wedges. I gave up and left. I wont be eating hereagain. I shouldnt have to tell the staff twice that they got my order wrong. I had a good experience, lady at drive thru was very sweet. I wanted a large amount of cole slaw and she said they had 1/2 gal... and 1 gal. size. When I got the half gallon it was only 48oz. (That was not 1/2 gallon.) I went back thru and inquired about theweight it should have been 64 oz. She said well here 1/2 gal. is only 48oz. Now we all know ?a pint is a pound the worldaround?. There is 4 pints in a 1/2 gal. so that?s 64oz. Now I?m not complaining about the gal that said that. I?m complainingabout the KFC franchised companies false advertising. Well, I got that off my chest, and I will still eat at KFC, I love theirfood, I will never again trust their math. ???????? Read more
