Whom ever does your online ordering from parkersburg location is extremly disrespectful. She sounds like an middle age to older... woman. I did not receive any email confirmation and she stated someone called my phone. I did not get a phone call. Then to cutme off and talk to me the way she did. What a horrible employee. Then to hang up? I am a first time customer and to be treatedthat way is unexceptable. All I wanted was an ETA on my order. Thats it. If you dont like your job, find another one. Plain andsimple. And she never answered my question, lied to me then hung up and i got not answer nor my problem solved. I will neverrecommend this company to anyone nor ever order again. Read more

Couldn't place order since it was first time calling from New number. They wouldn't take cash card only. I've worked for them... and ordered there for 25 years. Hungry as a hippo. Smh Read more
Napolis is one of those pizzas you crave every now and then. It?s good but it?s not the best in town. It seems like you can eat... an entire large by yourself. Delivery is so-so, I think everyone worked for them at some point but they eventually get there. Alittle pricey for what you get but it?s good every now and then. The subs are pretty good. A little salty for me but not bad. Read more
Waited over 2 hrs for delivery, had to replace order and got an attitude from Heather at the call center.. for 2 pizzas ,an 5... sandwiches too cost me almost 80 dollars. I wouldn't recommend them too my worst enamies. Read more
This was always a childhood favorite of mine...running down and grabbing a delicious slice of their one-of-a-kind pizza, or... their fresh garlic bread with marinara! This is a truly unique pizzeria in that you will NEVER taste another like it! Read more
It's got better but could be more competitive prices..love the spaghetti and subs..pizza reminds me of cardboard but all my... relatives from out of state always wants Napoli's and mister bee potato chips..... I have no idea why lol... I prefer all otherpizzas over theirs and PIZZA PLACE #1 in my book. Read more
