Well we ordered at Emerson again it's been quite a while because we're on the other side of the river ordered stuffed crusts... about 3 weeks ago twice as much crust as it used to be and a lot less toppings and sauce so I did the survey and the managercalled and offered to take care of us the next time we ordered well we just ordered two days ago and no one had a clue said theycouldn't find anything in the computer sent my girlfriend to the manager and he told her the same thing now I know the boy'sname was Evan that I took my order the first time so I don't know that we can continue to solicit this store again obviouslythey don't have a clue Read more

Ordered ,Wanted stuffed garlic parmesan crust pepperoni pizza. Well apparently you can't have both, THO it says that NOWHERE... when you order!!! So when I didn't get stuffed crust I called to inform them. I was treated with much disregard on the phoneand was told "yeah you can't do that" ! The manager made no attempt to correct the situation or the least bit apologetic! PapaJohns has lost a good customer! This place was awesome first time around. This time we ordered a pizza. They said it would be here in half an hour.. well an... hour later we call and see where it is.. They put the wrong address in. Said they tried calling 3 times. We never got a call.So we tested if our phones were working which they were. Finally they arrived and the pizza seemed smaller than the one weordered. And seemed like it had been thrown into a car with no care whatsoever. Not to mention it was cold because they put inthe wrong address so it wasn't fresh anymore due to waiting over an hour. The guy who took our order tried blaming us for hismistake by saying our phones weren't working and got super rude with us. Will not be eating from this location again. Read more
Have always had great service here and timely deliveries. Yesterday they were a little to fast though. Notification stated... delivery time estimate to be 45-55 minutes. My order arrived in a little over 20minutes. The poor delivery man caught me withthe lady friend bent over the arm of the couch thinking we had time to get a quick one in before dinner arrived.
